President Magufuli is smart and careful. A country can only move forward when it's leadership has a vision for it. But Africa still lacks a technical class that can structure and implement these plans from the planning stage to reality.
Its not that we lack its that we lack human investments, there are few president who are investing on african companies to manage these. Nigerians are considered one of the most educated groups outside of europe but in Nigeria they cant do anything because government doesn't invest on their people. But everywhere else for example China they invest on their home companies so they become big.

Turkey has no ability to build high-speed rail and chose Germany between China and Germany. The train made in Germany was rolled over recently! But I am still very happy to see more countries participating in the construction of Africa!
