Robby will still be my favorite character. No matter what he has done or what he will do. He’s broken and drained. His dad hasn’t been there, his gf cheated, he got stuck in juvie for defending himself after he tired to break up the fight, he got caught up in a gang, and his mom hasn’t treated him right and she’s been in rehab. If you think about it the stuff he has been through is unbearable and not many people could go through that and still be nice. But he was drained and upset, it made him a perfect target for Kreese
What it hurts the most is that even after Sam cheated on him he tried to stop the fight with tory (he didnt even wanted to hurt tory, he just wanted to separate them) and Miguel entered in and started to fight Robby for no reason (really, the one who should be angry was Robby, not Miguel). He did his best to protect Sam and after being in the juvie he kept defending Sam and saying she wasnt a bad person. Dont get me wrong, I like Sam (i havent finished the show yet) but I think she was unfair with him. It hurts so much seeing Robby with Cobra Kai.
Unpopular opinion, but I feel like Robby-Sam is actually the more interesting pairing with even more chemistry than Miguel-Sam, who were kind of just thrown together in Season 1. The writers took their time with Robby and Sam and their relationship felt more earned.
There is no chemistry between Miguel and Sam (Xolo and Mary) but there is a lot of chemistry between Robby and Sam (Tanner and Mary) I guess it's because they are very close in real life. Just see when they are together 😅
I think that them putting Sam and Miguel together again kind of screwed up the show, it was doing fine in season two until the accident, but the one thing I'll never forget is that Sam never stopped caring about the robby

In ss 4 , Robby and Tory will end up with each other for a while only because they go through something similar, as well as Miguel and Sam. I feel like Sam and Robby will find their way back to each other as well as Miguel and Tory. Tory with Miguel really makes her a better person, as well as Sam making Robby a better person as well. Really hope we will see Robby and Sam, and Miguel and Tory.

This show is so deep. The writing is phenomenal, the character development is so complex it’s real. I am craving new cobra Kai content; season four can’t get here soon enough. Can we write cobra Kai fanfiction? I have no complaints about the show at all. I feel for Robby. I hope no matter what happens, he ends up happy.

I think what hurts me the most about Robby, is in my opinion Daniel was much like the dad Robby never had. And Daniel has never gave up on him.. but robby gave up on him and turned to kreese. I really hope, somehow Daniel will talk to Robby and, maybe they can sort things out.. it’s weird because Daniel changed robby, that’s how big there bond was. It’s weird how you could break such a strong relationship with someone. It just doesn’t make sense because they wouldn’t spend 2 seasons convincing us that Robby changed just, to end up at cobra kai.
The way I see it, Robby never intended to throw Miguel off the railing. Anyone hating on Robby, go please replay the All Valley Under-18 Championship fight between Robby and Miguel. Miguel kept targeting Robby's injured shoulder to the point where Robby was literally defending himself with one hand. He did not strike first. Yes, he was that graceful in his fight. Miguel played dirty in the name of strike first, strike hard, no mercy bullshit, please admit it. It was Miguel's last kick on Robby's chest that made him the winner. Robby just wanted to be the one to give the last kick this time and win a fight, he did not want to kill him. You can compare the kicks, they're the same. Now come to think of it, if you rewatch all the episodes, Robby has never initiated a fight or known to have acted as a bully. I have seen so many CK fans hailing Hawk or Miguel as the best character, people seem to forget easily that both of them played dirty in the tournament, Hawk literally broke off his best friend's arm on purpose, both Miguel and Hawk went a character transformation from the gentle amicable kid to a so called badass bully, causing pain and hurt to others. Robby has followed a delinquent path but only when he had nobody to guide and direct him to a purpose in life. The other two literally had it all, from loving family to trustworthy friends, still those characters showed degeneration. Meanwhile Robby was always left alone. Be it for 16 long years since childhood when Johnny wasn't in the picture, or be it an equally careless mother, then again when he was in juvie, Johnny stayed back with Miguel while Daniel was out fishing with Sam, point is, nobody visited Robby to support him while he was literally being bullied there. Even if Johhny did pay him a visit, he too blamed him for Miguel's condition instead of at least making an attempt to try to hear his side of the story. People hate on Robby for joining Kreese. People seem to overlook that he joined a karate dojo not run by either Daniel or Johnny because they both broke his trust. Had Robby been that bad, he would have joined Hawk, Tory and others to attack the others at Sam's house in the Christmas party. But he did not do that. We instead see him practicing in his dojo. Karate brought about a major transformation in his life. He learnt focus, discipline and it made him an overall better and skillful person. For me, he's the real karate kid of the series.
Totally true, people believe that Miguel is the protagonist of the show and that Robby is his villain (childish minds) which is stupid as there are no real villains in the show, just people making mistakes and lots of misunderstandings. Also from the beginning Miguel antagonized Robby in everything, in fact Robby did not care about Miguel, his anger, his bad feelings were always towards Johnny. He proved to be a kind and polite boy with the correct guidance, a very intelligent boy too. After the fight, he effectively demonstrated that he was alone and everyone sided with Miguel and that is when Robby begins to feel a grudge for him and that we owe in large part to Johnny himself again and then to Sam, who really in this point we don't know what he wants ...

The real problem was Johnny. He made his son feel replaceable for him. Robby was not fighting for Sam, he was fighting to protect her from Tori, this was until Miguel provoked him by saying that everyone preferred him (Johnny and Sam) which is funny, because this preference for Miguel in the fandom is very noticeable.
honestly the only reason i want them together is bc she's daniel's daughter and he's johnny's son and it's kind of ironic but like otherwise they're kind of awkward together idk like they bore me when they're not sparring with each other.
Idc what anyone says..in the long run, I think Sam would've fit better with Robby. I love and ship both, but I think her relationship with Robby made more sense. She has a good connection and relationship with Miguel, but tbh she was the only person that ever gave Robby the time of day besides Daniel, and because he began training with him, he learned how to be a good person and use karate defensively. And he treated Sam really well. Yet she kissed Miguel behind his back and broke his heart. Even when he found out, he still defended her against Tory. AND, even though he was late telling her, he confessed about getting Mr Miyagi's medal back from Miguel. Yet she still refused to tell him that she cheated on him. So at this point, she can end up with Miguel because it's obvious that she loved him more and Robby doesn't deserve to be with someone who doesn't love him the same way he did. Again though, I'll always think she would've been better with Robby. Plus I think it would've gradually brought Johnny and Daniel closer as friends. I just hope Robby doesn't officially end up with Tory. If they date a bit, fine, but I hope they don't become an actual couple. Tory brings out the thief in Robby and his bad S1 traits. Miyagi Do, Daniel, and especially Sam bring out the good in him. And I think Miguel did the same for Tory.

Before after the high school fight, I thought Robby was a awful person but now i'm realizing that Robby wasn't a bad person. He was heartbroken. After what Sam did, the finger was pointed at Miguel and he was sad, Robby wasn't paying attention to his actions he was just full of hate because the girl that made him most happy in life cheated on him and he thought Miguel took advantage of her. He also looked sad after doing that. Robby is a good person, he had a bad childhood. And it hurts to see your father who is suppose to be with you, hug someone in front of you, without them even trying to turn back and come back and see you. Sam and Daniel were like the only people who made Robby happy. Then it all suddenly falls apart, I feel his pain. If I'm gonna be honest with this drama thats happening.. Im sorry but Im blaming that on Sam. I dont know why she kissed Miguel when she knows she has a boyfriend. Not only she made things tough for herself, but also for Robby and Miguel. Then she went to camp with Robby and expected Miguel not to get angry- like what the heck. Who does that. And in Cobra kai when Robby showed up from Juvie to see Miguel and Sam having "innocent fun" , they would have MOST LIKELY kissed if Robby didnt show up. . She also started the rival with Tory.. she grabbed her bag because she accused her of stealing a bag. Now Tori's hate for her will never go away and its her fault.

Robby feels abandoned, angry and had the head of many things in life after he has found some peace in myagi, then when he joined Kreese, he goes to the dark side and win and I hope he realizes the evil one. The next season 4 or I do not know with the hope that he was linked to Daniel in the dojo and also his father would fix everything well. My favorite character is Robby (Tanner) he is a very good actor and I also love that couple Sam and Robby hopefully they will find their way back
Robby was saved once before by Daniel and I believe that he will be saved once again. Of course this time it will be more of a challenge given how Terry Silver will be returning and we all know how much of a negative influencer he can be.

This show is so deep. The writing is phenomenal, the character development is so complex it’s real. I am craving new cobra Kai content; season four can’t get here soon enough. Can we write cobra Kai fanfiction? I have no complaints about the show at all. I feel for Robby. I hope no matter what happens, he ends up happy.

Everyone sees Robby as the bad guy who pushed Miguel off the banister, but that’s not true he has just had a bad childhood so when he met me LaRusso he was happy again and the reason he did what he did to Miguel was because when sam cheated on him he didn’t blame Sam he blamed Miguel because in his eyes Miguel was just the guy who was trying to steal Sam from him and Sam was one of the only things keeping him happy so when Miguel and Sam kissed his heart broke and he went on a rampage of hate which in the process ruined his relationship with Sam and the LaRussos.

I think what hurts me the most about Robby, is in my opinion Daniel was much like the dad Robby never had. And Daniel has never gave up on him.. but robby gave up on him and turned to kreese. I really hope, somehow Daniel will talk to Robby and, maybe they can sort things out.. it’s weird because Daniel changed robby, that’s how big there bond was. It’s weird how you could break such a strong relationship with someone. It just doesn’t make sense because they wouldn’t spend 2 seasons convincing us that Robby changed just, to end up at cobra kai.
The way I see it, Robby never intended to throw Miguel off the railing. Anyone hating on Robby, go please replay the All Valley Under-18 Championship fight between Robby and Miguel. Miguel kept targeting Robby's injured shoulder to the point where Robby was literally defending himself with one hand. He did not strike first. Yes, he was that graceful in his fight. Miguel played dirty in the name of strike first, strike hard, no mercy bullshit, please admit it. It was Miguel's last kick on Robby's chest that made him the winner. Robby just wanted to be the one to give the last kick this time and win a fight, he did not want to kill him. You can compare the kicks, they're the same. Now come to think of it, if you rewatch all the episodes, Robby has never initiated a fight or known to have acted as a bully. I have seen so many CK fans hailing Hawk or Miguel as the best character, people seem to forget easily that both of them played dirty in the tournament, Hawk literally broke off his best friend's arm on purpose, both Miguel and Hawk went a character transformation from the gentle amicable kid to a so called badass bully, causing pain and hurt to others. Robby has followed a delinquent path but only when he had nobody to guide and direct him to a purpose in life. The other two literally had it all, from loving family to trustworthy friends, still those characters showed degeneration. Meanwhile Robby was always left alone. Be it for 16 long years since childhood when Johnny wasn't in the picture, or be it an equally careless mother, then again when he was in juvie, Johnny stayed back with Miguel while Daniel was out fishing with Sam, point is, nobody visited Robby to support him while he was literally being bullied there. Even if Johhny did pay him a visit, he too blamed him for Miguel's condition instead of at least making an attempt to try to hear his side of the story. People hate on Robby for joining Kreese. People seem to overlook that he joined a karate dojo not run by either Daniel or Johnny because they both broke his trust. Had Robby been that bad, he would have joined Hawk, Tory and others to attack the others at Sam's house in the Christmas party. But he did not do that. We instead see him practicing in his dojo. Karate brought about a major transformation in his life. He learnt focus, discipline and it made him an overall better and skillful person. For me, he's the real karate kid of the series.
Totally true, people believe that Miguel is the protagonist of the show and that Robby is his villain (childish minds) which is stupid as there are no real villains in the show, just people making mistakes and lots of misunderstandings. Also from the beginning Miguel antagonized Robby in everything, in fact Robby did not care about Miguel, his anger, his bad feelings were always towards Johnny. He proved to be a kind and polite boy with the correct guidance, a very intelligent boy too. After the fight, he effectively demonstrated that he was alone and everyone sided with Miguel and that is when Robby begins to feel a grudge for him and that we owe in large part to Johnny himself again and then to Sam, who really in this point we don't know what he wants ...
They definitely had a better romantic development than Sam and Miguel.

Also sam and robby make a lot more sense, and have actual chemistry, while they want to force this idea that sam has feelings for miguel, when they have zero chemistry and way less build up than robby and sam.

The real problem was Johnny. He made his son feel replaceable for him. Idc what anyone says..in the long run, I think Sam would've fit better with Robby.
I love and ship both, but I think her relationship with Robby made more sense. She has a good connection and relationship with Miguel, but tbh she was the only person that ever gave Robby the time of day besides Daniel, and because he began training with him, he learned how to be a good person and use karate defensively. And he treated Sam really well. Yet she kissed Miguel behind his back and broke his heart. Even when he found out, he still defended her against Tory. AND, even though he was late telling her, he confessed about getting Mr Miyagi's medal back from Miguel. Yet she still refused to tell him that she cheated on him.
So at this point, she can end up with Miguel because it's obvious that she loved him more and Robby doesn't deserve to be with someone who doesn't love him the same way he did. Again though, I'll always think she would've been better with Robby. Plus I think it would've gradually brought Johnny and Daniel closer as friends. I just hope Robby doesn't officially end up with Tory. If they date a bit, fine, but I hope they don't become an actual couple.

Before after the high school fight, I thought Robby was a awful person but now i'm realizing that Robby wasn't a bad person. He was heartbroken. After what Sam did, the finger was pointed at Miguel and he was sad, Robby wasn't paying attention to his actions he was just full of hate because the girl that made him most happy in life cheated on him and he thought Miguel took advantage of her. He also looked sad after doing that. Robby is a good person, he had a bad childhood. And it hurts to see your father who is suppose to be with you, hug someone in front of you, without them even trying to turn back and come back and see you. Sam and Daniel were like the only people who made Robby happy. Then it all suddenly falls apart, I feel his pain. If I'm gonna be honest with this drama thats happening.. Im sorry but Im blaming that on Sam. I dont know why she kissed Miguel when she knows she has a boyfriend. Not only she made things tough for herself, but also for Robby and Miguel. Then she went to camp with Robby and expected Miguel not to get angry- like what the heck. Who does that. And in Cobra kai when Robby showed up from Juvie to see Miguel and Sam having "innocent fun" , they would have MOST LIKELY kissed if Robby didnt show up. . She also started the rival with Tory.. she grabbed her bag because she accused her of stealing a bag. Now Tori's hate for her will never go away and its her fault.

Robby feels abandoned, angry and had the head of many things in life after he has found some peace in myagi, then when he joined Kreese, he goes to the dark side and win and I hope he realizes the evil one. The next season 4 or I do not know with the hope that he was linked to Daniel in the dojo and also his father would fix everything well.

Out of all the characters on this show with abusive pasts, I find Robby the most compelling. Johnny let his abuse stunt his existence, and thanks to him Hawk isn't much better. First Robby started out bad then turned good. Miguel started out good then turned bad, and back to good, and now Robby went straight back to being bad. Tbh all this can be blamed on Sam She has both Robby and Miguel’s heads messed up.

Robby passou por muitas coisas,quando ele era pequeno o pai o abandonou,apesar de eu gostar muito da Sam ela o traio ele nesse momente não tinha ninguém ele ficou muito abalado mas ainda assim ele não deixou de ser um rapaz legal e no fundo ele é boa pessoa só não quiz demostrar na altura,ele foi preso por se defender,muitas pessoas não gostam dele mas ele para mim vai sempre ser a minhã personagem favorita e a Sam também mas eles os dois podem ter enrrado mas nunca deixaram de ser boas pessoas um ser humano erra por isso nunca vou julgar eles os dois

i think so too! since Robby has joined Cobra Kai and Tory is in Cobra Kai as well. they might get close together and start dating. but i have a feeling that they might just become friends. i mean i would love to see them get together, they kinda have the same story and are alike. i feel like they would be good together and become a power duo. and maybe Sam and Miguel will get together because they have been getting closer together.
