Are all these vehicles maxxed out? The super offroad didn't seem to have enough grip to be maxxed and a few of the other cars seemed less powerful than they should be

HotRod is the best vehicles for noobs, because it's good when unupgraded. At full upgrade, most vehicles beat it at climbing, speed, fuel, everything.
