I bought a phone (motorola one fusion plus) from Flipkart during the Big Billion days.
Initially, the phone seemed fine, although there were some minor scratches. However, on the 11th day of receiving the phone, the screen cracked by itself. It didn't fall down neither did it hit any hard surface, the phone was just kept on the table and the crack appeared.
The phone definitely had some manufacturing defect, but because there's external damage on the screen Motorola won't cover it in it's warranty policy and neither is Flipkart providing me any option to solve the problem.
Now i have to do something with it, can you give me an idea what will be its cost?

i was sent the free tools and they didnt do a very good job of removing te battery as it smells of nail varnish, was swolen with air on the underside. have to buy a new one and throw the other one away as it may not be safe. i remember the good old days when a battery would pop out easy and you could replace no bother,
