I was naturally in my feminine energy. I did yoga which is a feminine energy activity. It wasn’t until my 30s when I changed career and entered a masculine dominant industry - personal training. I slowly stopped doing yoga and stretching and got sucked into weight training, which is a masculine activity. I wouldn’t say it didn’t serve me well. It served me very well, because I was a wounded feminine and very flighty. Weight training helped to ground my energy and create structure. When I woke up, and learned about masculine feminine energy, I was able to work on this and I started doing divine feminine activation, moving my hips and moving my body. I am more balanced today, but I do need to be doing this more regularly, and not slipping back into my masculine energy. A lot of people have commented on how I am more in my feminine energy now, including my DM.
Yoo i was literally thinking and talking to myself about these two energies, and how both energies are not 2 but 1 in the same.. inner child would be feminine and masculine would the adult.. and bringing these two energies together would form 1 system.. then i was like wtf?! Twin flames!? 🔥🤯 crazy timing!

I feel like I finished the Feminine rollercoaster ride and now I'm grounding down all the potentials into reality through Masculine energy, which then flipped Feminine polarity into Masculine polarity. Divine Masculine (male or female) has no issue with grounding down potentials, but he/she has issue with choosing to act on the potentials that brings the most joyful life, so he/she chooses to ground potentials out of fear. When he/she relax into Feminine energy, he/she introspects and gets clarity about what brings them joy and excitement. Divine Masculine male stays Masculine dominant and Divine Masculine female flips the polarity.

I am a DF but at the beginning I behaved like a masculine polarity, chasing, taking actions and so on. As I stopped my DM started going more into feeling and stopped running....
Thank you for the guidance. Also thank you for recognising that a few of us are DM in a male body. Before my spiritual awakening, and then shortly after being catalysed by my TF I was very much in my male gender energy, although I’ve always been in touch with my feminine side. That all changed! I am now content and peaceful in my DF energy of receiving, allowing and just being. This has taken me several years. My counterpart is definitely DM, although seems to be growing and healing and much more in touch with divine feminine energy balancing. This has been a somewhat confusing yet motivational journey. We are all trying to find the holy grail. The true self within us. 💕😇

You just described exactly what I have been going through for the past 5 years. As a 24 year old male, meeting my twin at only 18 years old, the level of spiritual explosion so to say was insane and has impacted every area in my life. I clearly had some old wounds 'mommy issues' related to my feminine side to heal in order to step into my masculinity more, which I am now. For a woman to feel like her man has feminine energy blockages to deal with only pushes her into her masculine making her 'runner' defense mechanism active, but now I see that all she wants is to actually fully step into her femininity. So the roles have shifted already, after much healing and 'surrendering'. Having beautiful dreams of union, where we have long talks and walks, seeing signs everywhere. Sometimes I'm even getting a bit crazy haha. Anyways, thanks so much for sharing you content, it's truly the best out there that i found in 5 years in this journey. I was definitely more into my masculine with my TF but I always wanted him to step up and take the lead, but he never did because I wasn't aware that I had to do the inner healing and awaken first as the DF.

I kind of get it now after a year of wondering what in the world was going on..I was very aggressive at first because so much energy was exploding but now just returned all the power and “coasting” still very out of alignment but felt the switch

I’ve been waiting for a video confirming this, what I have felt internally. Through this I’ve discovered that I am a male predominantly and divine feminine. With my twin, I really stepped into my DM energy though, as she stepped into her DF energy. In separation, I realized that I had a deeper mother wound to heal and through the kundalini process moving the energy up and feeling my DM energy coming through more.
So on time, I’m soo feeling I’m in a masculine energy. I’m planning organising am oriented in money making that is so Not like me! 😀

My Catalyst and I flipped each other into our opposite wounded energy (i flipped him into his wounded feminine and he flipped me into my wounded masculine.)
I had healed my wounded energy and found balance within, and then i met my DM, and now we are balancing the energy in our connection 💝

I have a question for you. My dm doesn't have ANY connection with god. He just believes that there's a superior lower and that's it. Is it possible?? Because I thought twin flames were both god's plan.
