My pictures on your video drew my attention to it. The video was well put together. You are doing well by practicing what you are learning...and it's working. Stay Beautiful!
Great video sis! I thing you forgot to mention is her diet. She eat legumes , fruits and vegetables. She takes them religiously. Hair growth starts from within , your diet plays a big part . Thanks for the video sis ❤
I was on the edge of giving up on this natural hair journey until my husband pointed me to Lindsay Chris. I was like hello now I have been schooled on where I've been going wrong😂😂😂
Hi Joy b naturals I'm a new sub. Since the natural hair movement I have learnt so much about my hair and experience growth as well. Not only massages, protective styles, moisterizing ect can grow your hair but you need to have alot of patience and consistency. That is something I personally find not always easy but to grow healthy hair thats important as well.
I no longer believe it is about genetics . Some how Aftican women assumed they could not grow hair . It was seen as an anomaly and once a girls hair grew to her collar she was whisked off into the fruitless cycle of relaxer or perms or goaded by jealous people into cutting it . I have now normalised that African should have long hair
@@MaskedGeminiii that's not a problem at all because your ends are not rubbing on your shoulder or any cotton material you might be wearing so it's OK to leave them but make sure to moisturize properly your ends. The weather can also dry out your ends.

I am finding tucking your ends away helps to not have to cut my ends. I only cut single strands knot when I feel one....which is not often. My hair is growing nicely & my scalp feels great.🎉❤
Genetics is a lazy excuse. Everyone's hair grows. You have to figure out how to retain the length of your hair type. While others are putting in an effort and achieving their hair goals, you will remain in the same place comfortable with your excuses because you refuse to discover what your hair loves.

I wish my hair can grow longer and thicker. My hair is very soft and thin. What should I do to make my hair thicker?
You can give clove water and clove oil a try
