Loved this as I lived in Lowestoft for 20yrs (Pakefield cliffs). Also, my parents owned Jaydene for 30+ yrs before selling up and the new owners built the Jaydene campsite on the back field. The Hollies is new to me as it used to have a childrens holiday home on those grounds? Will definitely give The Hollies a try though . It looks very well laid out and convenient for everything. There used to be a really good chinese in Kessingland called The Pearl. Hope it's still going. Shame your trip ended on a negative but that's a good lesson for us novices just starting out.

I loved watching your first video. ❤️ You are doing great and you are so funny together. You mentioned “hygge” at your last evening in the tent. With candles on, cosy and warm, with the person or the people you love. Here in the Netherlands we call it “gezellig”. We use this word a lot. Last Saturday we had a “gezellige avond” with you guys. Hats off to you both for braving the elements for this excellent video. Really like the list of equipment and extras you've purchased. One tip, buy a footprint as it will protect the bottom of the tent and be another layer to keep you warm. Think it would be good to put the video on Berghaus Air Tent Owners UK unless you've already done so. We're a couple in our 70s, live in Ipswich so The Hollies is not far for us and we've owned tents and caravans but have recently gone back to a Berghaus 4xl and love it, in June we went to Haw Wood Farm at Hinton, just past Darsham, a lovely site and highly recommended. Keep up the great work.

Hey Sam, We always hook up to electric pitches, never non electric! We have a long mains plug which we brought from GO Outdoors, which has three sockets in. This does us for the week, but we are currently looking at getting one with USB slots in too! I know we are biased but I would definitely recommend a camping trip 🙌🏼 - Courts

Hello! Nothing is ever a stupid question! So, when we book our trips we look for electric hook-up sites. The electric is plugged in via mobile mains kit, which connects to the camp sites electric sockets which are often located behind the tent (or in front). If you pause at @7:01 you'll see a white box central right of the screen, which the mains kit connects to! Any other questions - do please ask away! - Brad 😊👌

Since, we purchased a new kingsize airbed, and I’ve managed to sleep right the way through, with no issues! That’s a great question! So, fortunately there’s enough space in the garden for the tent. On a warm, sunny day, we blow the tent up wash it and let it air dry all day! Hope this helps! - Brad
Im from the US. Ive never gone camping but love to watch camping videos. This one was very nice. The camping area looked so nice. Everything was lovely except the clarkson bit. Jeremy Clarkson is vile.
This is absolutely my kind of camping. I'm kind of curious how y'all managed to dry that tent out though 😅 Edited to add: If you have power, take a heated blanket. If you don't have power, those thermacare heated things that are supposed to help with pain are absolutely heaven. Just be careful not to sweat.

I try to get into this camping thing but ….. 🤷🏻♂️ there seems absolutely zero plus side. I have watched loads of vids as my missus is keen but £200 gets me to Spain and bed a breakfast.

Random question but how do your dry the tent off for storage. My house wouldn't have a big enough area to put it up,
That’s a great question! So, fortunately there’s enough space in the garden for the tent.
On a warm, sunny day, we blow the tent up wash it and let it air dry all day!
