@dodge lover! Yh seasons 1-3 were a bit dodgy for me, season 4 onwards was good animation after the designs, moulds and wardrobe were changed. Season 7 and the bad batch was such amazing animation I just wish they put in the money to attempt to do that from the first!!
@@lord2.0works millions of dollars were put into episodes since the first season. The reason the animation wasn't too good was because it was 2008, CGI animations were fairly new. Since season 7 came out they have mastered it basically.
I met Ray Park at a con and he was just awesome. He made so much time for me and my family despite the huge line of people waiting to see him. He made you feel like he would happily spend all day with you talking about Star Wars because of his enthusiasm and positivity. Maul is badass and so is Ray!

I’ve met Mr Park at a convention in around 2006 and he was wearing his full Darth Maul costume and in full make-up and me and my brother had our picture with him. He is such a nice guy.

It's fun to hear Ray Park speaking in his natural London accent as Toad (he's originally from Glasgow but moved to London as a child). In The Phantom Menace, his three lines of dialogue as Darth Maul were overdubbed by the much more posh-sounding Peter Serafinowicz. 😆
When we were teenagers, my brother and I used to talk about how it didn't make sense how Maul revealed himself on Naboo and that he should have ambushed them and killed a bunch of people first. But later on, I realized that he was pretty narrowly focused. He hated the Jedi and didn't really have any concern for anything else going on, which is why he doesn't attack anyone else in that scene. He just wants to kill some Jedi.
