I agree with you and really hope that Edward has another shot at happiness. If only there was a spinoff show with him as the main character. I would enjoy watching it. The repentant rake finds redemption! 💕
@@holycow92883 i I think she was looking at him too…with interest! So maybe she sees some good changes in him? You know they say a reformed rake makes the best husband!
Great video! I think Sir Edward had improved this season as he thought about Augusta and what was best for her rather than what he wanted. He is still a scheming manipulator! Such amazing writing and acting! We actually started to believe that Edward Denham may have been redeemed despite the destruction he caused to Esther and Clara in season 1 and 2.
Loved this and all the layers you highlighted about Edward and his grey character in season 3. I love how it is open to whether each of us believes he is/can be redeemed or not.
Aaah, I love this so much!! I loved him this season and I wanted more. I wish his redemption arc would have started last season with Esther, Clara and his son and then this storyline with Augusta could have been better. Maybe they could have had their happy ending, who knows.
The scene when he breaks Augusta’s heart is the scene that hurts me the most and the most difficult scene to watch for me. More than when S breaks C’s heart.
His stepsister was fine after being poisoned. The baby was left by Clara to her and she was able to get back all the letters that were stolen that her husband was writing and she went home to him with the baby ❤️
@@hayleygirl67 he really is. I think season 3 did the best they could with doing a somewhat of a redemption for him 🙏🏻. Not fully but you saw he finally did the right thing for once.
i think with it being the final season and the limit of episodes…I do think there’s a redemption element in his storyline. He did that one good thing by letting augusta go rather then continue this skeem he doing.
Don’t know about the number of women he’s had, but Augusta dodged a bullet. Edward did tell her to ask Esther and Clara, those two know how low he is willing to go to get what he wants. Lady Denham doesn’t believe he’s changed. Edward did behave like he had an argument with his conscience and came out with the short end of the stick. He’s bound to spend the rest of his life with no home nor a wife.
I have seen the ending. He is not incapable. He did what he did because he loved. Finally.

@@figurinessquirt I would watch it. May it be so.
I would believe that but he was eyeing the girl at the wedding party. So chances are he didn’t change.

He is a big manipulator. He was not ready for a relationship with A, he is on the right path, but not there yet.
Well, lady Denham must be really rich! :)))
Not fully redeemed, but on the path towards it, if he continues working on his redemption. Fanfic, anyone?

Thank you! Yes I loved that open end so to speak on we the audience decide if he changed or not 🤌🏻
Omg I love this it made me cry!!

I wish they’d continue with Edward’s storyline. I really want to know if he does redeem himself or not. What becomes of him? I need to know.
What Happen To His Sister ? I missed some of the show and never saw what happened . I like his bad boy acting . Wonderful Talented Actors .

He is such a tragic character

Ahhhhh😢😢😢
Do you really think he changed?

No. He just lost Esther, got older, ran out of money and slowed down a little.
Don’t know about the number of women he’s had, but Augusta dodged a bullet.

yes
No, did you see him look at the woman at the Wedding
