Yes. However, I've only found it on DVD in a box set of Czech New Wave films. It's one of the Eclipse box sets. Other than that, you might have to wait for a screening at your nearest big city film society or museum with a cinema. Edit:. I see that others have found it on the Criterion Channel. That would be a smaller investment.
