Ekiti people don't have anger issues. What people mistake for 'anger' is being principled. They stand on what they believe is true and honest, they are people of high integrity. Ekiti people are not violent rather they are amazing, God fearing and loving people. I'm from Ekiti and i can say this authoritatively, Ekiti people are very kind, loving and accommodating. Anger issue has to do with personality and temperament not tribe. Thank you.
My mum is from ekiti and doesn't get angry anyhow. Though she'll tell people her mind and that's the end of the issue...this anger issue is a personal thing jare

We Africans need to monitor our sugar and salt intake and flee alcoholism, drug abuse, and watch our weight. Because we are genetically susceptible to high blood pressure ( hypertension :reasons for Kidney diseases), and diabetes ( the main cause ulcer/ wounds that don’t heal easily which often results in amputation).

Speaking of the abuse in relationship..... I can relate bcuz i have been there, its never a nice place to be especially when you love the person.... Leaving becomes a big deal, opening up to pple is an issue bcuz you don't want them to disrespect the man or look down on you or even circulate it because they will never feel the same way you feel for the man. I left & thank God i left, leaving wasn't easy.... I am still in the process of healing, God help me. I experience this with a guy from Ogun state... I think Ogun state pple anger issue is a promax compare to Ekiti & Ondo. I'm from Ekiti though...... Ekiti kété

Before a dibetic patient is diagnosed, he must have seen some signs & symptom that are only perculiar to diabetic patient like excessive urination, excessive thirst and excessive eating.
