No, I don't think so. Life changes is correct. You have it a little backwards maybe. Lives change.
Hildam, I don't think a verb can be plural or singular. But you need subject verb agreement. If the subject is singular, the verb is in "s" form. It's not singular. Just sayin'.

“Your life” is singular - “your lives” is plural, I agree - so it should be - “your lives change” and “your life changes” - I may not be citing the correct grammatical rule but those 2 examples have verb forms in agreement with the subject of the sentence - “how your life change” is wrong
