You have to be out there to se how they behave, when a low pressure front/storm moves in. Fish will almost jump out of the water to grab a bare shiny hook. But it becomes scary, when lightning starts striking very close
@@Jacobsfishing2122 He, He, returning from spearfishing in my 12 Ft Aluminum Starcraft, had Rain and lightning ahead. Puled into a cove to wait it out(Cleaned fish meanwhile) almost dark had to, go. Lightning would strike 100 yds away. Made it but no fun at all
@BeachBomberFishing Out here in Nevada, we fish Pyramid most successfully during snowstorms, that's when you're most likely to get your 20lb and up cutthroats.
I used to live in Pt. Author where my dad owned a home, we fished all over on the Neches & Sabine Rivers, both in fresh & salt water areas. There's a world of fishing in just a few miles down there. But I never went out in a hurricane, also I never knew of the Low Pressure causing the bite..... I always thought all the incoming fresh water washing thru the dirt brought food/insects into the system causing the bite but it makes sense that fish would know it was coming. Surf's Up, time to eat ! peace
You really got folks telling you that you do not know how to use a baitcast reel? I can't use one, opting for spinning rigs but I do know you can handle one very well. When ya can't, you hook it up to the drone & drop it in. You know how !! How's the family, I don't see them this time....good sense. peace
Damn, that's a lot of fishing from up near Commerce Texas down but Toledo Bend is fed by the Sabine and the river drains off more water than any other river in the State. But you can fish it from both side of the border & for me it was from the Texas side. Merryville is one area but really there's an infinite number of waters coming from the Sabine & then comes the Neches that feeds it to the pass. Fished the pass but now they've got all the new areas that you camp in. I love watching you go b/c I still live in Texas & may come down one day. Thanks for all the work, peace
Quick question bro. I bought some of those spoons you sell. What size are those treble hooks? I'm looking into buying some hook covers but don't know that size. Thx
Would you be able to do a video on proper techniques when it comes to landing big fish? Like from the moment you've tightened the drag and set the hook? I'm losing my biggest hookups in the fight...I'm like 0-5 this year ...this includes some tackle, knot failures, but I'm not sure I'm knowing when you can horse a fish in vs loosening the drag etc... Thanks
@BeachBomberFishing no sir, we don't live there. It's just our favorite place to go. We were there for the 4th and to do some fishing. They did get a lot of damage tho. The house we normally rent caught fire yesterday morning when the power came back on. Total loss. I hope you get power soon. It's gotta be getting tough to handle. 🙏🙏
I'm from Orlando,FL.and your taking a chance being outside, nice drum

Fishing up and down the Sabine area is amazing. What was your favorite spot to fish?

A few days no power is not fun, good fishing vid helps for sure!
You catch any sharks out in that spot or just red fish and black drum??
Most of the time it's just smaller sharks.
@@BeachBomberFishing well smaller sharks are better than no sharks !
Hopefully yall made it thru the storm unscathed. We left Sargent right as it was coming in
Wow, you live in Sargent? How was the damage? We haven't had power since the storm.

man i was out there two nights ago no luck .
Walter umphrey is no longer an actual state park, so the drones are ok to fly right? Been meaning to ask you!
What do you use to check the pressure?
Elite
Hell yeah, elite af!
Can you post the link where you got the pier net from if you remember?
I got the net from academy bro. I then got the rope from tractor supply to extend it.
@@BeachBomberFishing Thanks bro!
I heard there were still some without power, hope you and the family are doing well!
I just got power like 30 minutes ago. We lost out entire fence, car port, and shingles.
Nice place. Where is this? TX?
Man Humphrey before and after the storm it's going down...
I bet it was 🔥🔥🔥 right after the storm
big fan bro, whats the reason it’s bad to overcast ? especially at the dike ?
Where are you fishing at?
Is it possible to catch 6ft fish with 65lbs braided line main line to 300lb steel wire leader ???
Oh yeah, easily brother
Where is that location
Where was this at man!?? Nice catch
🌊🌊🌊🌊🎣🎯
Bro you got a whole command center! also, only real ones will know about the different edits in this vid hahah.
Lmao a command center 💀🤣. I got more stuff in there too, I have a radio dialed into hfd dispatch and other stuff lmao.
Hi I am an absolute beginner for saltwater fishing with fishing rod I purchased telescopic rod daiwa sensor 7 with daiwa 4000ae reel with 40LB line
let's see that 200 yard cast
Bring the mag reels back 😥
I had one stolen a few years ago, it was the saltist 20.
I went Sunday night and didn't catch anything
So you basically fished after I left.
