I feel this is the best cover of creeep i have ever heard,i watched this video at least 50 times in the last year. It makes me feel like i am watching a movie,where the mobster are in a club,watching her perform ,and they would have called her a dame. lol like a fight breaks out in the lounge, and she just keeps on singing lmao, but dont miss Seven Nation Army with her,and its all about the bass,is a great one also. thanks man good choice

This is really good, the only other amazing cover of this song Ive heard is Street Corner Symphony, I would recommend that too, it really is quite special.

I'd never come across Street Corner Symphony before you mentioned them. It's okay, but very much in the mould of Justin Crumb's cover, and also Radiohead although without thon bloody near whispering. It's a good enough cover, but I really don't know how you can call it amazing after having just listened to Haley Reinhart's stunning vocals on PMJ's takeover of this song.

A great "lounge" jazz performance by Haley is with Jeff Goldblum "My Baby Just Cares". I don't know what the copyright issues would be since the video is a VEVO but even if you can't post a reaction, I would highly recommend that you give it a watch.

Another phenomenal singer they feature is Morgan James. Her 70' soul cover of Maroon 5's 'Maps' and her epic cover of 'Dream on' by Aerosmith are must sees. Don't be fooled by her appearance, this girl has soul for days.

Scott Bradlee, the PMJ leader/pianist/arranger, states unequivocally in his autobiography Outside the Jukebox that they recorded it in one take. Haley was worried as she was feeling the pace of the European tour, and wasn't expecting it to turn out so great.

I love her take on this song! She's an epic talent! I also love Brian Justin Crum's version from AGT who must have been channeling his inner Haley. I will also add my vote for Dimash SOS as it was the first song I ever heard him sing and I believe EVERYONE in the world needs to hear him sing this song. It's that good.
The expressions on your face were epic!!! I have seen this one a few times over the years since it’s release and I just love her and the style! I’ve only seen PMJ videos with her and one where there were 2 other women with her. I remember her from American Idol, too! She was one of my favorites from that season. She’s so in control of her voice and I love the texture in her voices! I really enjoyed your reaction!!

Brad - You can (and probably will) listen to this over and over and over...and it's just as exciting every time. I've been listening to pop music since the mid-50s and can't remember a single performance that I liked any better than this. When it begins, you have no idea what lies ahead...and then she starts to roll out one type of vocal excellence after another. At the end, you still get the idea that she was still holding back a few tricks for another time!

Scott Bradlee's arrangement is genius. Haley's performance is stunning and breathtaking and awesome, but the arrangement gives her space when she goes soft and support when she lets loose in just the right measure. And that first full stop gets me every time. In short, I agree - this performance of this piece is perfection. I never get tired of it.
What I enjoy about watching people react to this song is watching that "oh, wow" look of amazed surrender each time Haley goes a little higher or growls, or scats, or belts for 20 seconds on one breath, or goes from typhoon to a whisper at the end.
