Not bad 👍🏼 I’m impressed with the blue foam not sticking. It is a exterior foam insulation. I also used it as my final sub surface for my above ground pool. Makes the perfect seamless surface for pool liners. The clear plastic wrap is what Rc voodoo told me to use on mine. I never did but he said he used it for the forms at his local drift track. Well you know what they say 3 times a charm so looks like I’ll show how I make mine in a video. Nice how too vid bud, have a healthy and safe merry Christmas

Ps Pam cooking spray or similar works the best for releasing from molds. I’ve tried various sprays lubricants etc and I find that works best and is the easiest to work with least expensive. I’ve stopped making the barricades at about 40ish before I built up the 360l overlands and the track loader. I built the fork inserts for the adjustable 870k loader forks. Now that I’ve got the track loader the fork sttachment on that is just a smig closer together. So I’ll adj print to possibly fit the track loader. It also looks like you got some new buckets for your. Excavator

@@thatsmyrc hey man Thanks, wow 40!! Lol thats a lot!!
Im really happy with how they came out.. And pretty easy to make the mold (even if time consuming).
Id still like to see how u make yours!!
Got the buckets when i got the loader forks, just attached the quick release so looking forward to using the attachments now!!
Im building a screening plant!! For the top bit of my road.. Where all the dirt is.. So gonna have to remove a lot of material first!!
      Merry Christmas!

@@mpkhobbyRC lol yea the molds I’ve created I can turn a barricade out about every 20/30 min per mold. I took one weekend to whip out a batch then shut down the assembly line due to my kitchen project that I started while back. Yours are turning out as well. I have found that when designing the holes for the 870k forks you’ll need to make sure you’ve got the space to slide fork in w/ room to spare for placement. Now that I’ve got the track loader those forks aren’t adj so the fork placements made on the barricades I’ve made already are slightly to far apart for track loader. So now I’ll go back into my cad files and adj the design for both 870k and track loader to fit the barricades. Always something but it’s always fun.

@@thatsmyrc Pam..................I'm going to have to try that out! It's FAR cheaper than the EXPENSIVE release agent I've been using in my silicone molds!

good job friend , I really think you should spray some kind of lubricant on the mold before putting the cement

Do you think spraying a “release mold” onto the foam will make it easier for the cement to pull out once dries?

I guess if u cut the foam out with a hot wire cutter it would be smooth enough.. but with a scroll saw its just too porous.. I'm thinking... but why not try...? Thanks for the comment!
