Venus The Lunarian I agree. Hartmann's (lol almost typed 'Hatmann's') Youkai Girl sounds awesome in this game. I haven't listened to Miko's theme much though.
This theme is too dark for the openly benevolent(if bland) Kasen. Now play it over Ibaraki's Arm(or Arm Chan) beating the shit out of Reimu, fitting as fuck. It kinda fits as a foreshadow to the arm being a psychopath(and suicidal since she wans to murder Reimu which leads into Suicide) or a hint that Kasen was a monster back in the era of Nemuno's son.
Welp. I stand corrected. Now Kasen os whole and she looks like someone recolored Okina and gave her horns and nice armpits. The bright side is that her boobs grew

Ugh, I hate this theme but I also kind of like it. There's way too much guitars, this theme sounds like just random guitar noises everywhere with occasional melodies. I also hate these drums. The only part I like is the lead melody that plays twice in this song. But overall, I dislike this song. It has so much potential to be good, but the instruments and structure are just... like... bad.
I understand what you feel about the instruments (even if I disagree), but, the structure? This is a pretty standard, and honestly pretty effective, structure for a touhou song. Something like Intro -> Main Melody -> Intro -> Main Melody 2.0 -> Climax
