It depends on your area of interest.
If you want to study MSc after BSc, choose the subject you like the most.
If you are interested to get into Software domain for your career, the do BE or BCA or BSc (computer science).
If you have option, BSc (CS) and BSc (Data Science) , I suggest to take BSc (CS). This will give more option for future studies and career.
Please note, after any degree BA, BBM, BCOM, BSc etc you can appear for comparative exams like UPSC, KPSC, Bank Exam, etc.
Consider your favorite subject and future your career plan and join the suitable course.

Hi Snehaa, I suggest you to take B.Sc (PCB). As it will be very easy and you will be studying biology for your NEET-UG.

I do not think you can do MSc (CS).
However, you change in the NEP policy, there could be an option. I suggest you to go and approach any near by college/university.
