- This New Paragon Trick Can INSTA-KILL Bosses! BTD6 / Bloons TD 6 - in a return to ranked bosses, I use the recent engineer paragon to secure a top 50 time for normal Lych - thanks to its sentry explosions doing absurd damage! Here's the highlights of the near 3 hour run from start to finish.

I can't get no
You should get a overclock and boost a 000 farm, then sell the overclock and upgrade it to 420. Then the overclock stays for more than 100 seconds. It’s a really good strat for rounds 40-60. With a 004 boat and selling the engi under its range, this strategy gets even more efficient

It's seeing runs like this that make me think that NK really need to start having boss difficulties like odysseys. I'm pretty new to bosses and this whole thing seems way over my head.

i mean, this run is optimized to kill it extremely quickly, if you just want to kill the boss and not worry about time its *much* easier (...although its gonna be a lot harder if you dont have any paragons unlocked)
and also they already have difficulties, this is the _easier_ one, which is why its possible to kill it so fast
You're essentially watching a speedrun, in a manner of speaking. It's not the way you have to do it.
But.. there are difficulties?!

Sometimes I watch these bt6 videos with high res graphics and animations, and I imagine showing 1st grade self what balloons looks like. I still remember playing btd2 on cool math.

i think rusty nails are more cost-efficient for r24 and maybe r33, so camo potion isn't that useful this early on, just so you can save $160
Camo potion lasts for both rounds. It last 10 rounds

Doorgunnering the flavoured trades is the most genius and mindblowing thing ive seen in a long time
The last time I tried to get to top 50 I went from beeing placed 11th to 38th in only 1 day. Took me over 6 hours of playing to get there in the first place.
Idk if anyone else was running into a weird glitch with paragons where I would try to go for one, the animation would get stuck playing on screen and the paragon would show up as a degree one ignoring all the extra towers and pops ect

I've always thought keeping a lvl 40 engineer paragon at tier 4 is better than going for a new one at tier 5 due to it gaining +10% attack speed per round, it doest seem like even a lvl 60 engineer paragon would gain anywhere near +200% damage. And also, although it's probably the weakest of the paragons, had you settled for lvl 40 engineer paragon you might've been able to get decently leveled boomerang paragon

No, youre right. But it limits the farming. You need to sell it back in order to farm hard enough to get all the towers. This out does 200% engi
Most of the engi damage is in the sentry explosions which are not buffed by the natural overclock. So as long as you're getting more levels, it's better to sell and rebuy.

What's the point of nerfing monkey opolis into the ground it is only ever useful for bosses. They killed it
For a team that's tried so hard to make most/all upgrade paths viable, nerfing monkeyopolis is odd.
This week monkeyopolis is banned. It is still worth it when you are making a big opolis

Could you also do a farm 402 for more sellback or is that worse then 420 ?
i think it gives less money than you get from increased sellback so 420 is better
@@pogpogger9497 I just did the math per round the 420 does 450$ more than 402 but the sellback is 2.210$ more . 5 X 450$=2.250$ so its 40$ more efficiens but the 402 cost less so it would be better to buy 402 than 420 for those 5 rounds.
Btw the math was done on hard difficulty

Day 1: Do a boss challenge where in the beginning, you can only have 5 monkeys you can place down, you can also sell, and micro, but only five, and every tier you beat, you get an extra 5 more monkeys, you can do normal, or elite, doesn’t matter. This is an inspiration to the every boss tier, you can get one tier up for your monkeys.
Haven’t watched yet. Is it blow up the turrets with sell?

It is 0-2-3 if you have knowledge, but to start off 2-0-0, then, upgrade to 2-0-3 makes more money in the beginning

Jar of pikels is decress attack speed not pierce, lol probaby supermonkey is gonna by meta on btdb 2 because is ok vs grup bloons is need pierce and also is very fast and geraldo is gonna make supermonkey meta on normal games probaby because pierce is help a lot on 1 pierce monkeys and also you need grup poping power on btdb 2 and btd battles.

Boat farming is the best farming method in the game if the waters there but he didn't have enough water.
Not selling engineer paragon could be better because it would stack more overclocks on itself which IMO gives more dmg than higher degree but less stacks

How do you predict the paragons so well?
There is like a single frame that shows the degree right after he clicks the button. I don't think you can see it on TH-cam but he can

the difference is so minuscule it doesn't matter a whole lot, the mad does hundreds of damage in a hit so adding a one damage DoT doesn't add a whole lot

2:02 the dart monkey literally shoots straight through a red bloon
common occurrence when towers are really close to the track, the projectile spawns in front of them and on the other side of the bloon (at least to my knowledge)
@@Sl4ts_ I feel like that only happens with larger towers where they physically hang over the track. I think it might be to do with the projectile spawning touching the obstacle.
