    Thanks for this great video. Question for you. At around 7:10ish, you mention "slowly layering your body one vertebrae at a time coming down". I love doing this but haven't since around 2017 when I was diagnosed with osteoporosis! Let me ask, is it safe to lower that way, kind of "bone by bone" as we used to call it. Seems like it does cause a bit of rounding of the spine. Thanks for your thoughts!

      Hi, sorry for the late reply. Yes, it is okay to bridge with osteoporosis and "layer" as I say. You are not putting compressive forces on your spine in flexion.

    There's something I amafraidi am doing wromg.
    My lower abdomen neverfeel releived my ribs always feel strained too, this seems different, but,ltstoo confusing , right now, I need something close to this but,something did not feel right.

      Hi Cindy, if an exercise doesn't feel right, you should always stop and reassess. This bridge sequence should actually relieve lower back pain, not cause it. Make sure that you are drawing your lower abdominal muscles in, never pushing them down. Sometimes people confuse pressure for engagement. Think of it as drawing muscles in like shrink wrapping. If that does not work, stop doing the exercise.

      Do you have this in a clearer explaination or other ways there was something in it, I am missing.?
      I think would help me a lot.

    The reason I am interested is I have Osteoprosis I do not believe I am hurting myself with the somatic movements I do, there is something I feel I am doing wrong in my daily life, with posture,thoughts even just walking at times , ifeel stain, I do not feel I heathy through my stuff hi shoulders, but,my thought are always stressed , I like breathing in my diaphram.,but,there is something I do wrong, to make my body. tense.
    What else to you offer on TH-cam.

      Hi, I'm sorry you've had difficulty. I think you might need to work one on one with a coach who can watch your progress.
