Looking for ideas for a name for the van! Would love for you to put them below 👇 And yes, that noise you hear in the background is Denver snoring LOL! 🚐Check out my list of van equipment here: www.amazon.com/shop/doggyu/list/2TMRNYWCPF85V?ref_=aip_sf_list_spv_ofs_mixed_d
I found you right after you'd gotten rid of your first van. I came for the content on traveling with your dogs and stayed for the training. Thanks for the tour!
It’s such a nice space! Taking this as my sign from the universe, that I will eventually find a camper for myself.. can’t wait to see all your travel videos 😎💕
Your van looks so cool Laura! You're actually one of the reasons why when i get a car someday i'd prefer an SUV or converted van (or both if possible) like this! One of your videos you mentioned comparing a dog to a car i believe and how you shouldn't be upset if your sports car cant fit all the weekend junk, after that i realized i certainly want to travel in my life again someday and i want to do a lot of things and see a lot of stuff with both me and my pup(s)! exploring some of the locals you've shown or mentioned would be amazing 🥺
Looks like an awesome Van Laura to travel with your pups. I wish you many happy, driving miles across the US with your fur family. Maybe I’ll see you in Dallas sometime or in Orlando.
Excellent tour! Loved it!! Great flexibility you have there! Our little camper has undergone lotsa mods too (so fun to do!) with dog floor space in mind:) Can’t wait to see your SD training with Denver while on the road! Seems you’ll have enrichment opportunities galore-which is maybe part of your purpose? Happy trails & stay safe!
Definitely a perk, though if my sister wasn't having a baby, I probably would have waited another month or two at home. But couldn't get the human and dog puppies all lined up correctly lol!
It's a 2020 Ford Transit, so not new, but new to me! AWD I think the Ram drives more like a car, but I'm really enjoying the transit and happy for the AWD and medium roof is perfect
Or if it’s a small enough thing to where it doesn’t need a whole video on it can you help me with a quick explanation in the comments. It would be super appreciated!
Car anxiety can be a bit challenging for you and your pup. This would be a great question for my Patreon monthly Q&A. You can check out Patreon at Patreon.com/doggyu
I’m so glad I found your channel! Me and my partner are thinking about getting an RV and traveling around with our pups! Would you say it’s cheaper than renting an apartment?
Sounds like a fun time! Do you mean renting an apartment on vacation or are you talking about full time? And where do you live? It's definitely cheaper than hotels, but a big up front investment.
Great build Laura!! Where are you going to? Will you be training dogs as you travel?? I think also many viewers like Me,would love to get an idea of why you do, And what you do, as you travel. Thank you!! me I ouldrß
I'm headed out to Cali for the birth of my niece on this trip! Will be hitting a few national parks, and also seeing a couple long-time clients. There will definitely be a video on our travels in the next month or so :)
If you feel like sharing, do you still have your Grand Highlander? I liked your setup there, too, for traveling with dogs and as an everyday driver. Was it just too small for this trip? I value your opinion. My wife is too short to safety drive a Ram Van, and Transit not much better. We're thinking /hoping that 2 of us and a crated cardigan corgi can go cross country in a Grand Highlander or Sienna -- with an outdoor extension. (Both cars are really tough to get in NJ....) Best of luck to you in all your endeavors.
I should have said camp, not just drive. (We've done that trip.) BTW, we really took to heart one comment you made last year about finding bad stuff on motel floors that could be risky to your dog. We have found a pill, etc. Now we drag the dog crate into our hotel room. Also, like you said, sleeping in your car/van - it will be your own dirt! 😊
I do still have the grand Highlander as my daily. I love it. With two dogs, it just wasn’t going to be enough room to camp comfortably for long periods. So the van is only used for trips/competitions and the grand is for daily stuff. Plus wayyy better gas mileage. But I could see a minivan, two people and a dog working out. Not sure about two people and a dog in the grand. Unless yall love to snuggle lol!

Awesome upgrades! Looking forward to an educational travel series on top of all that’s already posted 👍
So happy for you all & your new traveling adventure and looking forward to see where you all go & what you do together.

Nice!!! So much fun for you this awesome van! So happy that you’ve upgraded!
💜💜💜
Congrats on the upgrades on the van. Can’t wait to see your daily adventures you partake with the adventure dogs.
Great setup; you are doing it 🎉

I have such bad van envy, this is so well engineered for maximum fun!

@@DoggyU Congratulations on your impending aunt-hood!! 🐣💕🎉
That is one nice van
Thank you! I'm so happy with how it turned out!
Fun!
Come to see insulation system as promised. Surprised, is this a totally new van? Ford Transit? How do you like it, compare to Ram?

So excited for you! Did you go with a RAM ProMaster again?
I did not - I got a ford transit because I wanted AWD
Can you do a video on how to help with car anxiety? My dog gets so anxious in the car even though she has been in one over and over.
Or if it’s a small enough thing to where it doesn’t need a whole video on it can you help me with a quick explanation in the comments. It would be super appreciated!

Also, welcome to my channel!
Nice built. Can you please tell me where to buy these hinges that stay in place? Thanks from Germany.
Ooo good question! I think they’re called tension hinges, but they were installed by wayfarer so I’m not sure what they’re called specifically.
