yeah to be honest other than water one they are all pretty easy just nerve factor. I think anyone not overweight could do almost all the courses especially that u can cheat (balance beam) so u can also cheat the memory one and jump squares and skip 80% of the tiles. On god u remove the water one i think even kids could do it if the swinging bar weren't so high up and if they arent to short like a 14 year old could. still nerves i guess and pressure would be the main factor not the obstacles
Please do a sideman video like facing your fears extreme so josh is scared of the end so make him sky dive out of an aeroplane jj scared of bugs so lock him in a cage with lots of bugs lol will be good to push u out ure comfort zones
