Every few months when I‘m feeling down I go to TH-cam to binge watch your lectures while doing housework. I just need the knowledge refreshed every now and again and it motivates me to make better accommodations for my ADHD. This time around I am pleasantly surprised by this entire new TH-cam channel full of easily accessible lectures. Thank you so much!
This describes me so well. I have issues to regain my negative emotion once it flares up. My prescription absolutely helps but I need to remind myself that this is my brain and not the actual appropriate response.
Thank you for these videos and thank you for cutting them in bite sized vids so a big part of the audiance watching these have a bigger chance of learning more from them. You single handedly made me understand myself a lot better already and so far only seen clips on doomscrolling hellholes and this first part of the lecture happy to have found your youtube. Ill be back soon for the second part!
There is so little research on this specific topic on which to create a video commentary. I wish we new more but at least scientists are waking up to the role that hormones may be having on ADHD symptoms in women.
