Idk … in today’s age , I can’t even hype myself up . I’m used to the trailer sounds sounding completely different in gameplay . Forza has done that for years . Let’s see if this FM installment changes that . It’s crazy because years ago , we had less technology , but we never really complaint about sounds . Now they get better equipment and the sound quality seems to go backwards .

Everything about this game we've known so far has completely destroyed my hopes and anticipation for the game. (Fan since the first Motorsport on OG xbox btw)
The sounds where the only remaining part I liked but had me really suspicious.
Now that I've noticed (thanks to your comment) that also this part is fake about the stuff we've seen so far I have lost the last bits of hopium for this product I've been eagerly waiting for 6 years on.

Amazing how Turn10 has managed to screw up their own game and waste 6 years doing it, therefor also killing their brother franchise Horizon by forcing that team to work double time to release stuff but having to constantly delay and stretch content because Turn10 keeps delaying their game and can't keep their act together.

Pretty sure this is all sounds placed for the trailer only, except for that C8 Corvette part, that surely is the actual sound in gameplay
but it doesn't sound THAT so special like they said in the trailer. We're not in 2010 yet they're following the same formula. A lot of distortion sound effect added to hide the low quality of the actual sound -- in a sense that distortion will make it sound real.

190e and E30 in trailer look fuckin awful. More than a decade old cars are more comparable to GTA clones than GT Sport/7 (or even NFS) models in terms of quality.

Keep in mind that Forza's teams which includes Turn 10 and playground games use actual Real car sounds for their trailer, I won't get baited again, waiting for gameplay only here
In a racing game, sound is, for me, some of the most important things. Its incredible how well others have done it the last years. FM and FH were always bad in this things. When im driving a gt3 with outside camera, i want to hear the power those engines create, not like driving a stock miata (no attack against miata owners😅) or vacuum cleaning my apartment

Yeaaah, as a longtime Forza fan since the Motorsport 2 days, I can't help but notice the older models, i.e. the BMW e30, the Diablo, MIata, and the mercedes 190E Evo just to name a few. If you're going to claim the the game has been rebuilt, "ground-up" don't reuse old assets, slap on new shaders, and textures and claim that it is.
@@gustavo-gs6jy if you wanted them to redo all the older cars from zero, this game would be released in 2029. 500 cars. The models look great. They reworked the metal paint, refined details and interiors. The game overall looks stunning and better than any other racing game to date.
if it doesn't sound better than Project Cars 2, I don't care.

Forza only thrive content and so called "latest technology" for their marketing bs, while GT made such amazing user experience by utilizing their ui, music, car detail, photo mode with custom hdri, customization, heck even gt can manage to create and fix their old model not like forza recycling their old model to the next gen and even create a better default custom parts better than old shitty forza spoiler and splitter. Forza is slow adding new car by saying need to be accurate while GT and even The Crew 2 can manage to get new release car in several months and still looks good or rather amazing. I'm not bias or anything, but I'm seeing this from facts from other title and facts that I also know 3d modelling and cgi world. I know some of the technicality behind the game. When Forza recently introduce use with their "accurate real life car paint", I can call it waste of time on researching on cresting those materials. I would like they share their focus more on other aspect of the game entirely. So again, not hating Forza, even I woild love to see Forza getting better, but by seeing this and their progress on FH5 I'm a bit let down. And also hope they can sort out their internal management after couple of big name devs out from the studio. Cheers!
That could be shorter. Why crying about old car list ? What I want to see is better physics agian cause fm7 was a joke . Further if I worked for T10 I would add almost no new cars, just get all cars from all previous Forza’s in it agian (Forza 2 had tuning cars , Forza 4 had great dlc ) and add all the tracks ever in all Forza’s . Just less effort but the majority off hardcore Forza players makes happy. I play Forza for 12 years and I know what it needs
@@ThaDutchDK1989 not really crying for the new car, you have a point. But at least they have to fix and polished the car model more. Ahh and btw, if you said you only want the physics, it don't really need a new title to do that, just waste of money for their studio. It can be done by updates just like Th Crew titles. So it's not only what consumer needs, but also about how the studio manage their titles.
The physics in Forza 7 are 100% different to Forza 6 . You can never just put an update to completely change how the car behaves . Its like changing the rules midway .

I said the SAME thing when watching the video on their channel. I’d like to see a few different things, keying from GT7:
1. Wheel offsets I.e. maybe lip adjustments, more wheel options and the ability to downsize from the stock wheel size. So tired of the horribly sunken in wheels options from 2010. Bring in the option to poke wheels out a bit and maybe even toss in camber options for drift builds.
2. The Forza aero is just not good looking. I love the fact that GT7 gives you ability to do things like have a widened body option for all cars, even by a few mm’s! I like the things down to the bulb colors they have. The low, med and high wing options with the 26 different end plate options is just awesome. Even the paint selection is cool!
3. Things like 2-step and anti lag and their fire effects are so awesome. The downshifts and the huge cracks of exhaust just make it so immersive. Those little details are key in racing games, especially with the ability that these consoles have now.
Overall, im excited for this game because im a Forza fan but I just hope they really get it right. Right now this is looking like a Forza 7.5 graphics update 😞

They seem really scared to share any actual informational detail about the game.
This is a very bad sign, this reeks of problems at the studio.
If all you get are exaggerated cinematic trailers and constsntly repeated marketing buzzwords ("from the ground up" seems to be their marketing failure of choice this time) you need to get worried about the project.
Hopefully it doesn’t listen to gran turismo fanboys and or new Forza players. Forza needs to stay Forza so simcade, not sim. We have trillions of Sims And arcade racers but almost none simcade. I just hope ( but doubt it) they listen to loyal Forza fans (me 12 years) and get Forza 2-6 physics , cause fm7 had the worst and physics ever
I feel like it should be very sim-like with some arcade elements. Like maybe arcade elements can be toggled to be easier for casual players. For players like me who like a very realistic experience, I would love a very simulation-esque Forza game.
Simlike = simcade. Need for speed. Is full arcade , assetto Corsa full sim. Forza 2-6 good simcade . Gran turismo is bit more sim than Forza . But I like my older Forza ‘s cause you could win with any car with skill
And if you want sim, there are millions , simcade almost none
For me it's not the physics that ruined Forza Motorsport 7, in fact I think it's the best one to play on a wheel and is a perfect balance of simulation and arcade. What has killed Forza for me (aside from them getting lazy and barely changing every game) is the increased AI rubber-banding. In FM1 and FM2, It used to be that a car's performance level and your driving ability determined how competitive you were. You could put yourself at an advantage or a handicap based on the car you choose and how it's set up, just like real life. In newer installments, the AI is always neck-and-neck with you regardless of how well you are driving and how much faster your car is. Some people like this because it makes the racing more "exciting," but for me, this takes away a bit of realism and makes actually winning a race feel a lot less rewarding. The offline racing kind of feels scripted at times.
For a wheel the feedback is better I heard from a friend who drives Forza on wheel. But the physics in Forza 7 how the car moves is just a joke. The rotation point is in the middle ( like a kid drifts diecast cars hand in the middle of the roof) Forza 6 it rotated round the front ( how it should be) the rear wanted to pass the front . . Further I never drove career races only online . In Forza 6 I could win with a Pontiac aztek thanks to my skill and Forza 6 is more skill baised. In Forza 7 I came last once , than I needed hard to think when the last time I was last in a online race. Forza 7 is all about the car not driver.
The car sounds are gonna be trash or at best mediocre no turbo spool noises or good sounding blow off valves and quiet superchargers you can barely hear

Not comparable because Assetto Corsa is a full simulator. Forza is sim-cade.

They're talking about the car models from older Forza in this game, but they have high quality, there is no need to remake them all, the bmw is nice, its not like the cars from GT4 in GT5, that didn't had interior or something else. If people didn't tell me, I wouldnt know that are cars from older Forzas in these game
@@Punkingamesss among the cars shown I only noticed a couple that are not of satisfactory quality, needless to say that the game is not out yet and that there are probably still several months before it comes out and they have plenty of time to correct any quality errors, without count that force does not improve the quality of the car in photo/video mode like the GT does

I hear playstation 5 owners crying, please stop crying and buy an xbox series x. Playing with arcade gran turismo doesn't give you the feeling of driving a car. The new Forza Motorsport game will maximize the real driving experience.
