I've recently rediscovered the band and have known of Africa and Rosanna for the longest time! ..but had no idea of how extensive their work really was beyond Toto. I've heard everything of working on Michael Jackson's record Steely Dan Etc and that they were session players way before Toto well I just discovered something amazing today and that David Paich played the keyboards as a session guy on Cecilio & Kapono's( or otherly known as C&K) first two albums! These were released back in 1974, 1975. I'm absolutely astonished! I have been a huge fan of their music for a long time and knew that their back up band was comprised of session players, some of the best well known session guys in the industry, but had no idea that David played on both of them! I'm now going to go back and listen to those two albums and really dissect the music and hear David's magic all over again!👍🏼🎶

Toto has always had a larger fan base in Europe and Japan. Arguably some of the best first call musicians around. RIP Porcaros.
