I've got this tyre fitted in my bullet std bs6, believe me it touches mudguard on potholes, speed breakers n mild jumps while riding with a pillion.. Had to adjust the hight of mudguard and tighten the shock absorbers. It's working fine now.

Yes claim milega because u r not doing any changes in the frame of the bike, just remember keep the stock rim while changing the tyre, insurance ka panga sirf tab aa sakta hai, agar silencer change ho because it will impact the performance of the bike

Is tyre is touching mudguard, while crossing a "speed breaker", coz ralco speedblaster is touching the mudguard while on bumps.
No absolutely not..even with pillion weighing 65 kgs..
But I will recommend do not go in speed through speed breakers.
