Nobu Los Cabos - Review after a 2 weeks stay.

- I just stayed for two weeks at Nobu Los Cabos and here is my review after spending one week as a regular guest, and the other one using the Hall of Fame Legendary Meal Plan which is currently being pushed to Hard Rock members in order to promote Nobu to their guests.
After staying a few weeks at Hard Rock Los Cabos, moving to Nobu Cabos felt like taking a remote and placing the resort on mute. Yes, Nobu is high-end then Hard Rock in a few points, but what its you the most is how quiet the resort is. The place reminds me of Le Blanc, which is a quiet 5-stars resort in Cancun, #1 since 2007 and their new one here at Los Cabos.
The one think you will notice really quickly is how fast your money will run out at Nobu. Of course, the offering are amazing and the quality of the food is comparable to Michelin 2-stars restaurants. Yeah, I will not push it to 3-stars even at the Nobu Restaurant, which will run you 500$ for two without the wine.
They have both regular and super cabanas with large LCD screens what you can use, provided that you spend more than 500$ on drinks and food during the day. Something you don’t even think about, as it will be happening anywhere in-between the lunch and dinner.
Do you need to be a millionaire to stay at Nobu. No, but you need to consider that the room and the food will easy cost you more than a thousand dollar a day without when trying. That’s why in my next video, I will compare my experience and the cost between Hard Rock Los Cabos and Nobu Cabos.

Thanks. As I said, it depends on how long you are staying. I just had been service and equal food at Hard Rock Los Cabos.
This video was vey helpful. Was leaning towards Nobu for a 5 night stay, but I'm cheap and would rather eat some local food. Property looks amazing, but location doesn't seem ideal if I want to go out and eat.
Ah, I see you watched it :) Nah, it is 25 minutes and not cheap to get out of the Diamente compound and get to the city.

If you want better service and better prices, I can send you to Hard Rock Los Cabos next door. It is amazing. I have 2 videos on my channel about it. I'm a Hall of Fame at Hard Rock and even if I send you has a VIP, you would enjoy it more than Nobu. I sure do.
@@MarioStingerPerpetualTraveller I looked at Hard Rock. They don't have spaces or rooms are not available for the dates that I want in November. It's ok. There more places to go in Cabos. Thank you for your response

After two weeks at a resort, I think I would get nit-picky and annoyed, too. I think for those people who do quick 3-4 day Cabo trips, it might be a little more exciting and delicious.

If you are like me and the service is everything, especially if the resort is really expensive and promotes itself has high-class, then you need to offer an exceptional service for me to give you praise. I had better service at Unico and Hard Rock Cancun and Hard Rock Los Cabos this year.
Pretty underwhelming. Rosewood, Waldorf, One, Ritz is where the money is. Excellent review btw. Super informative.

@@camille8407 Sure, I have a special week I can use, it gives you about 30 % of the items on the menu, all the non-premium drinks. You don't have access to room service and the Nobu restaurant is extra. But, you can have all 3 meals at the other restaurants and full service at the pool and cabanas, It is about 3,500$ or so for the week for 2 adults.
I have a reservation in July. How can I get the meals and drinks package?
@@RM-ck1nt I can't add that to an existing reservation. It is the same with Hard Rock. You need to book with the member from the beginning.

Yes, and last time I checked, the daypass was 149$
Is there room in the fridge for food we bring?
There is a mini fridge, but as there is not means to cook food and you are 30 minutes from the city, I don't think you will be able to bring food to the resort. There is a meal plan with my membership, that's a better solution.
@@MarioStingerPerpetualTraveller just medicine and some juices will do. Wanted to make sure the fridge isn’t full of things you have to buy. We are HOF members, staying first 3 nights on a split week special with 4 nights at any Hard Rock ai. It has some sort of meal plan, but we don’t know any details. Then we are staying 5 more nights at Nobu on an RCD auction certificate, and want to see if there is a meal plan we can add. We go to HRHLC April 17 then Nobu April 25.
@@lariuslp It was empty. But, if you are HoF, check in your contract if you don't have a Meal Plan at Nobu where you can eat some items in menu and get some drinks for free.
@@lariuslp suggest reading the terms and conditions under the promo for Nobu. It has changed several times since we have seen it offered. We are currently staying at Nobu under the same plan as you. This is the second time we are taking advantage of this promo and have found the front desk staff are not well prepared on what to do. We have even had a beach security lady tell us “no” when we were walking back to Nobu from HR-lol (hopefully, this was just a language barrier. Had to show her our room key to get her to understand.). I concur with Mario on most of his assessment of this hotel. But, I would like to give kudos to our butler, Stephano. He has been much more responsive than any of our HOF butlers.

Hard Rock Los Cabos, next to Nobu. It is amazing.

I agree. Nobu Hotel in Cabo sucks! Lousy food, expensive and no activities. Go somewhere else.
All the activities are 25 minutes away in the city smh just take a taxi for the day
