I grew up in Merritt Island and Port St. John. Have been gone for a long while and my wife and I are looking to come back. Any advise on selling in one state and buying in another? We would rather not have to rent if we can get around it when we come back.
The short answer is yes, but everyone’s situation is a bit different so it’s hard to give generalized advice for a relocation. We have a lot of clients who are able to relocate without doing a double move but it takes a lot of collaboration and coordination with our team here and the team handling the sale of your departing residence.
