Because when the war is over those Ukrainians will be allowed back into their country. Israel does not allow refugees to return. However some of the politicians both here and in Israel have said the quiet parts out loud about how they feel about the Palestinian people which includes their disregard of the fact that the majority of deaths are women, children and elderly rather than Hamas or Hezbollah.

Correct me if im wrong. I've read that in Gaza, there is a unusual large amount of children and women. As such, it is not that surprising when they are the victims here. Sadly I see no path forward for either side in the conflict.
