Oh how i wish my theripist would structure and plan sessions with me like this! I have adhd and not knowing where the sessions are going leads me to anxiety and talking about everything without exploring anything properly... should i ask my therapist to do this, would it be rude asking?
Personally, I like the structure set up and how the client help come up with the structure in a CBT session. It makes me think of the association between a client’s personality and the directiveness and types of therapy.
I'm glad I never had to deal with stuff like that. Ever since I became a nihilist 25 years ago it's been so much better. I don't give a rats back-side about anything. It's quite liberating.
