Hi Hector You need to model it manually. There is no automatic way for it. You need to draw the thread cross section on a plane vertical to the outer surface. Then create a helix. Finally sweep the profile using helix curve as a guide.

And what about if i want to 3d print the piece?? cause when i put it in the slicer the thread or tap doesnt show in the piece either...

Or you can try another software solution such as Fusion 360 which has this automated. CATIA V5 got outdated regarding Threads design.
