I think the reported average 11.5 and 15.5 is real. If the owner wants to improve it, he must go for stock tire size 165/70r14 and use 10-30 grade engine oil. I have a Vitz 2012 since 2015 and changing to 20-50 grade oil has reduced the fuel average of my car.
I have thia vitz and mine is push start variant. But us main speedometer yeh nahi hai. Simple wala hai without rpm. I think speedometer inhon nain change karwaya hai kyn k is variant main heh nahi aata.
