Thanks for the vedio. It's very supportive. One question, if we are making PVC pipe with vergin PVC, how to increase its strength, hardness? We are trying with Zinc, calcium and DOP but not satisfied result. Please help. Thanks

After this I am going to charge you.... Anyways there are several impact modifier for HDPE offered by Avient (Formerly PolyOne), Dow, J K Group etc. like ATTANE® 4206 copolymer, POLYBOND® 3009, D400.A35.N etc. The choice depends on the product formulation and application. So my recommendation is to talk to your additive provider or additive distributor, they should be able to provide you the best impact modifier based on your product formulation and cost.

Hello sir I m plastic crate manufacturer I mostly manufacturer crate of recycle material I want to increase strength of crate of HDPE and pp which additives can mix for increase strength
Use of thermal stabilizer and acid quencher curing extrusion can help to improve the strength of recycle material.
Sir vistamaxx 6202 can blend with hdpe and i m manufaturer of crates
Yes, vistamaxx 6202 can blend with hdpe since it has 15% ethylene content. For crates you may also test vistamaxx 3000. Similar MFI of vistamaxx and polymer will give better performance.
