I just moved into a new place the day before yesterday yesterday and feel so much more more peace living here than where I was living, which was totally chaotic and toxic environment for me. I actually finally feel like I can breathe and not feel like I am in fighter flight mode 24 seven and can start healing my body which I need a lot of healing in my physical body right now.
