Okay, I have looked everywhere so I'm just going to ask you... when I open some games the games load up on my second monitor and when I drag them to my 1st monitor and full screen the game goes back to the 2nd monitor... do you know how to fix it

For some reason every time I have to play rainbow 6 on steam I have to clear my cashe everytime I open it
