- This Butter Cake is so soft and smooth. The texture is soft interior that is light and airy with spongy structure.
Ingredients
1. 5 eggs prefer room temperature.
2. 70 g Sugar. You can use either white or brown sugar.
3. 80g Cake flour. You can also use All purpose flour.
4. 20g Milk powder.
5. 15g Corn flour.
6. 1 tsp Baking powder.
7. 1 tbsp of Vanilla Extract.
8. 100g Melted Butter 🧈.
Preheated Oven 170 degrees.
Bake for 50 - 65 minutes.
Mold size 8inch square cake pan.
