With the last two years and the way they pushed those condensed those two seasons, then the Olympics, for him to win DPOY, he'd have to play with that same level of intensity for all 82 next year(or close enough) to pass up the big men who always get the nod. Honestly, with DiVincenzo coming back, he can share the defensive load. Bam, Giannis, Ayton, Embiid, DPOY will be a mobile big. Maybe Siakam...who knows, but unlikely a guard.

Speaking of Jrue's defense, Legend of Winning had a great livestream clip highlighting how the Suns were intentionally avoiding him. Jrue would guard a guy and Phoenix would just put that guy in the corner. He was turning CP3 and Booker into corner shooters just by existing on the court.
