Thank you so much SergioUniversity! You explained better than my online instructor did. Seriously, all online school who offer math should REQUIRE their instructors to make discussion videos instead of throwing students textbooks to read and assignments to do. It's a nightmare, learning MATH is not effective if it is just self-study!
I needed a hand understanding CNF. I had to watch that portion of the video twice, but I'm now on board. Thanks a lot! I think a brief explanation of law that covers negating an and clause would be helpful.
I am doing engineering but I don't study from books they take lots of time .and my professor is very busy he doesn't give us time. So I wander around streets of youtube for my study material and today I found you.thanks a lot sire.
can someone explain how do we get to the K-Map ( Karnaugh Map) after this ? I have homework about 7 segments . I must make it show " F " segment after that calculate or do something on Karnaugh Map)
Got an Elementary Logic exam next month. This kinda helped, although I`m totally useless in Logic. Probably gonna fail, coz I can`t see the point of Elementary Logic anyways. Great vid tho
+rahul122112 In practice if you have more true (1) you use DNF and if you have more false (0) you use CNF. Content does not make any sense as these are normal forms, which means all representative lines and all of their values have to be expressed. (= the form will not be simplified). This means your expression in case of tautology will be "1". If you have only one false expression than CNF is ideal to use, as it will be very short.
Just done this in my computer systems class today, could someone explain why he’s writing not x . not y. not z Instead of x.y.z? Does the entire row have to 1 or true to give true? Is that why he’s saying the nots? My lecturer confused everyone
You my friend just simplified a weeks worth of lectures into 12 minutes. I love you
lol same
gay
At the end, in the last 3 parentheses should be '+' instead of '.'
This is one of the best videos on the subject on TH-cam! Thank you so very much!
this really help me understand what's CNF/DNF, thanks a lot!
Man, thank you so much for your help. I've just started my studies and this video is better than our 3 last lectures
This is exactly what I needed. Thank you very much!
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I was stuck on a problem for a whole day and was finally able to solve this with your video!
As others have said, great video. This helped me understand DNF and CNF way better than my books and professors. Thank you.
I loved him in True Detective
Me too!
What? Is this guy an actor?
It's Rust Cohle.
Ohhh! You saved me! I have a homework for college and I could really not do it without this great simple and logical explanation.
searched everywhere for an example. This is amazing thank you! :)
Linh Styes yes
You're a legend. Thanks so much.
Thankyou so much for this, great video!
Thanks a lot for making this video, it helped me a lot with my logic coursework
This is so much better than my textbook, Thank you very much for explaining.
Had a hard time understanding it until I saw this video. Thanks man!
This video is AWESOME. Thank you sir.
Wayyy better than how my professor explained it... This video is priceless. Thanks!
Best video on explaining CNF and DNF!
Thank you so much SergioUniversity! You explained better than my online instructor did.

Holy hell this just save my Boolean Algebra project. Thank you!
Makes so much sense now, thank you :)
Thanks a ton, you just helped me understand this. I thought I was lost before this video.
Omg, thanks a lot for this video! I couldn't understand this topic for a while
This helped a lot, thank you very much.
Best and easiest explanation ive ever seen, thanks a lot!
Thank you! this helped me a lot!
Just awesome 💯💯👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Thank you so much man
i hope he's doing well in life .. i literally spent days trying to understand that until now ...
He died years ago.
Awesome, very good explanation!
Thank you so much for details explained here. DNF could be represent as "OR" and CNF as "AND" statements?
Thank you very much!
some videos are timeless
4:43 starts CNF
He isn't sure if he's right or wrong. At the last line, the last 3 terms will have '+' instead of '.'
This dude is one hell of a genius although he sounds kinda funny
The best explanation thank you
Great tutorial .Much needed ! Thank you ^_^
Thankuh sir!! Very well explained loved it
This....thank you!!!
Simple and good explaination
Thank you soooo much!!!
He has very great demonstrative skill.
Thank you!
Very helpful!thank you😊
Thanks soo much .. You just made my life easier. :P
Thank you, I was able to understand both forms. :)
thanks sir for helping me.At first i don't understand how to cnf and dnf formed by truth table.
Again thanks.
Thank you!!
If everyone loved eachother, the world would be a better place to live
can someone explain how do we get to the K-Map ( Karnaugh Map) after this ? I have homework about 7 segments . I must make it show " F " segment after that calculate or do something on Karnaugh Map)
thank you man
great explanation! My prof did it a different way but I much prefer this. thank you so much, srsly
Rest in peace professor Sergio 😢
Very nicely explanation !
Would you mind including Algebraic Normal Form (ANF)? Thank you.
Clear. Why can't people explain it this simple.
beacuse the want hard path
I think we should add there instead of multiplying... on the last 3 brackets
best ever!! thanks a lot!
OP video for AI assignment
Good explanation easier to follow than most, but is there an error @ 10:50 into the video, where the signs should be + and not x for the remaining?
thank you.
I LOVE YOU. YOU SAVED MAH SORRY ASS

look into my eyes
MORE EYE CONTACT
THANK YOU SO MUCH
He looks like Rob Schneider
It was a great video, but shouldn't the last 3 parentheses be sums?
so is this the formula of f for CNF and DNF?
Very good
How to expand f(x,y)=x+y' in full dnf?
this is what i was looking for
How did he get the F column
U r amazing dude
are you explaining this in a library or examination hall.please increase the sound
How to right CNF when we have a tautology or when there is only one 0 in the F and rest are 1s ?

row 3 and row 4 contradict!
GREAT
Thank u so much sir
THANK YOU
Thank u..
superb tutorial tnx
thanks buddy!
I have a Doubt. if the function is a tautology then how can we find CNF from truth table
Surely if function if tautology you'd just write "1"
well played
goodjob !

Instead of x.y.z? Does the entire row have to 1 or true to give true? Is that why he’s saying the nots? My lecturer confused everyone
Not of X represents 0 and normal X represents 1
Yuv Raj so basically when writing the expression you just change the 0’s to 1’s
No man. For DNF the no. under x,y,z are multiplied. Also the value of 0 is considered as a bar of the variable in that column.
ILY :D
thank you
Thank you X_X
this might be the quietest video on youtube
take care it's wrong at the end you said (x'yz) and so on but it's + between them because we use DeMorgan Theorem where (xyz)' is x' + y' + z'
please answer quick i have an exam tomorrow haha
12 years ago woooow 😮
I LOVE YOU
thanks
thanks a ton
