There's lots of things that are bad for your self esteem but you gotta be strong. I went from being 300 pounds to 100 pounds and never had good self esteem. It's mind over matter. Doesn't matter what anyone thinks but you and if you stop stressing about the little things, you'll be so much happier. And being happy is good for you. I had to learn that the hard way

Me, as an audience member, felt this video was wrong in the way that it’s showing how photo shop can solve body issues etc, so I doubt I’m the only one who saw it like this and people probably felt very body conscious when watching it. Like I said I’m genuinely a fan and I didnt want to make anything big out of it, I just felt like I should point out how I felt considering I’m a regular member of your audience... fans can help promote you but can also be your harshest critics
