Yes, it is a quite common fear. I had such a fear of it that I avoided any classes in my education where I had to give an oral presentation. So it was kind of ironic that I ended up teaching because when I got into the certification program, it never really dawned on me that I would have to stand up in front of people. I know that sounds crazy, but I think I was led to it because it was the thing for me to do, but my fear would’ve gotten in the way. Strange that it never occurred to me! @ I recently tried to rewatch it online and it wasn’t available, although I think maybe you could purchase it. Luckily, I have two copies of it on tape. It’s dark British humor, and it’s absolutely hysterical if you like that kind of thing. It’s truly brilliant. It was written and directed by a man named Bruce Robinson if I remember correctly and he also wrote an autobiography, the title of which I cannot remember, but it was really good, too. He’s directed other movies, but the second one I saw was really bad. I hope you can find Withnail! I may watch it tonight now that I think about it. 😊
