Both are probably about the same but the Koenigsegg is so much more stable than the Hennessy

@@Lol-kf4gd I mean, they both have nearly 2000hp and both can go over 300mph, and are also both cars that none of us will ever be able to drive, so what is the point in arguing either or. They are both feats of engineering and deserve equal respect.
It's always cool to root for your favorites, but even notwithstanding the vastly superior craftmanship and innovation in Koenigseggs versus the standard aftermarket high performance kit in the F5, its worth remembering why people love and respect Koenigsegg and barely acknowledge the F5 on the same level.
John Hennessey is an infamous liar, con man and bit of an asshole who's infamous for screwing his customers out of money, parts and even entire cars because he couldn't run a business properly in the 90s and early 2000s and has only recently started to get his act together a little. He used to get on online forums and have pissing contests with customers over parts he was stealing. Meanwhile, Christian von Koenigsegg, in that same period, made his first car which was about as fast as the McLaren F1. Hennessey could barely upgrade Vipers, a pre-existing chassis, during that period.
CVK can explain the science behind every part of everything he makes. Hennessey doesn't even construct his F5s in his own shop; he outsources the building work for his cars to other companies, and he did this with the Venom GT too. Koenigsegg hand-builts almost every single component on every car and hires well-paid and educated engineers from all over the world to do it. Its the only way to do what he does on a sub-100 work crew.
Even if the F5 can go a little faster, albeit at much bigger risk due to being less well-sorted than a high-end Koenigsegg, I wouldn't give John Hennessey two cents of my money even if I had that kind of cash. Who knows if he can even be trusted with it? And that applies if the F5 was 50 mph faster, when I highly doubt it's even 1 mph better.
People are rooting for the Jesko because they should. I'm honestly surprised the Hennessey even gets talked about when it's not even the best attempt America has had in a recent supercar, that being the SSC Tuatara. That's the power of the Hennessey marketing team I guess, which is admittedly one of the best in the business. They did a good job sweeping the company's history under the rug, but you can still find the nasty stories all over the web.
