I ve subscribed with the D'Angelo law and I ve been watching your videos since a week. Well I have a question regarding my petition I-130 which was submitted in May 2018 and need like 92 to 115 months processing but I wonder what is the criteria of submission allocation by service center; mine is with California service center and it was submitted from Boston. I just sent some documents for I-30 in Texas center. Post office says they already delivered. Uscis didn't change case status yet. But the evidence they ask for they said no later than 30 day's. What should I think in that case ? Please reply would be appreciated.

Thank you once again Stephanie for this video and for jumping on this so quickly. I am 5 hours behind you and I only got to watch this video this morning. But I knew you would be right on it, you always take note of our comments and cry’s for help. As shocked as I am that these processing times have jumped as they have, I see the bigger picture (won’t get into politics on here as that is for a different platform) of what is really going on within USCIS. It’s heartbreaking that families have to be separated for so long. I am going to send an email later to day with regard to your services and phone consultations via your Law Firm. Ruben Bullon you have to file for yourself and your wife has to file. You have to pay a fee for each one. Your daughter is under 18 so she will automatically derive citizenship when yours is approved

They hardly respond to service requests. They say they'd get back by a certain date but they don't. In my case, The first time, they were late by 2-3 months with a generic response and they never got back with the 2nd response. The ETA was sometime in June.
Man it is so frustrating, California service center is taking to much time(spouse) like they changes the dates again and again. Any idea why they are changing dates continuslly😭😭😭.
California service center is too slow, maybe because of the political Republican vs Democrats. California has more Trump admin so he makes it move slower. It just my speculation.

If the petitioned accepted subsidized health care insurance , (to access lower monthly insurance premiums) does that remove the burden from the petitioner? The I-751 is 12-35.5 months!? That's longer than it was even valid! What was the point of having the immigration people stressing that you can only file an I-751 90 days before the green card expiration date when it's not even possible to get your application processed before it expires??
Very good information. Definitely encouraging news. My brother applied (l-130) for me in September 2011 via California service center. Based on the update it says it should. Take between 8.6 years (103.5 months) and 11.4 years (137 months). Do you think this timeline truly works?

Hi, thanks for this information, very informative. I have a question. Is there any way I can request that my case be transferred to another service center due to the long processing time? Here is the situation: I am a U.S. Citizen. I filed the I-130 for my brother and sister in May 2016. USCIS sent me the receipt notice which reads - "The I-130, petition for alien relative has been received by our office for the following beneficiaries and is in process". This notice bears a priority date of June 2016. The address at the bottom left corner of the receipt is USCIS California Service Center. As I am writing this message, the processing time for CA is 113.5 to 147.5 months. Comparing to the other service centers, this is a tremendous amount of time just to get an approval. I know it takes a long time before an immigrant visa can be available for that category. But waiting for an approval for that long is not cool. You thoughts? Thanks a lot

Quick question. I have applied OPT and Green card ( marriage ) around the same time and hoping that OPT comes first so i can start working sooner. Then, the pandemic happened. USCIS requested the additional documents for OPT and i have sent it about a month ago. Last week - U.S. citizen filing for a spouse - Receipt date for a case inquiry was 27th Nov 2019,
23rd June - Changed to 10th Nov 2019
25th June - Changed to 4th Nov 2019
Is this a system glitch? How does the date go back instead of moving forward?

Thanks, I was hoping to understand better the situation of the petitioner being responsible for the health care requirements of the petitioned. If the petitioned accepted subsidized health care insurance , (to access lower monthly insurance premiums) does that remove the burden from the petitioner? Would it affect the outcome of the petitioned if they accepted that service?
The I-751 is 12-35.5 months!? That's longer than it was even valid! What was the point of having the immigration people stressing that you can only file an I-751 90 days before the green card expiration date when it's not even possible to get your application processed before it expires??

I have a question. Is there any way I can request that my case be transferred to another service center due to the long processing time? Here is the situation: I am a U.S. Citizen. I filed the I-130 for my brother and sister in May 2016. USCIS sent me the receipt notice which reads - "The I-130, petition for alien relative has been received by our office for the following beneficiaries and is in process". This notice bears a priority date of June 2016. The address at the bottom left corner of the receipt is USCIS California Service Center. As I am writing this message, the processing time for CA is 113.5 to 147.5 months. Comparing to the other service centers, this is a tremendous amount of time just to get an approval. I know it takes a long time before an immigrant visa can be available for that category. But waiting for an approval for that long is not cool. You thoughts?
