    Hey, thank you very much - this is an awesome tutorial and I look forward to the rest of the series. I wonder if you are going to go over adding any other animation layers such as melee? It is cool that we can use Lyra's unarmed and ranged weapon animation sets but it would be great to get your guidance on setting up melee weapon layers such as sword (I think finding pivot animations may be difficult though as I don't think many animation assets - Kubold for example - have needed to add them before but I would think you could work around the logic and maybe ignore pivots for certain layers? :). Great work 😀

    Very helpful lesson 👍 this type of explanation when you understand things from early start, to final result is REAL GOLD🪙 because you say what is every pice of this system do, and why. So i guess Epic's guys need not simply do, what they do when they drop Lyra animation system and run through basics on how they work, them need to grow this system on our head from start, to finish. This work best for people 👍 this study content is gold for me)

    Around 20:00 you set up the ABP's. In UE 5.1, I cannot add to the anim interface to Implemented interfaces. It's not an option. Interfaces can only be added to inherited interfaces in class settings which does not produce the same results. It looks like some other people may be having the same problem. Any suggestions?

    Amazing tutorial again ! You are the one who explain the lyra and echo locomotion system! I'm 3d artist and these videos are amazing becausei'm not a pro in blueprint or programmation ! There is a way to alternate two locomotion systems ? to mix echo and lyra loco ? :) I wan't to do this because i think it's sad to have a 3rd person game without the possibility to see your character face !

    I cannot select instance class under UE 5.1. There is no dropdown near "Instance Class" property. Only "Uses layer in this Blueprint". Looks like a bug. Is there any workaround?

    Around 16:34 when I play it the character only rotates 45 angles when I make the interp value 0. The rotation is also not as smooth as yours. pls help

    This method dosn't seem to work with 5.1. There's differences with the anim interface and how it works.

    why using multiple animation blueprints when u can use a single one and do any thing in it. all u did in this video we can do it in a single ABP, still didn't understand whats the purpose of switching between ABP in run time . can you provide me with docs to read

      yes, im not sure if they share the same skeleton but u can easily retarget if you have to just follow some UE5 retargeting tutorial
