Not sure why this is not talked about as one of the best classic Lakers vs Celtics series . It was very low scoring unlike some of the Lakers Celtics series in the past , defensive struggle . Definitely didn’t lack offensive talent Kobe Bryant , Pau Gasol , Paul Pierce , Kevin Garnett , and Ray Allen . 5 hall of famers . This was a classic series as well .

Ray Allen had one of the best shooting nights early on in the series and then he went on a shooting slump. So much so that he was avoiding shooting from the 3PT line. Very uncharacteristic of him. Otherwise, this would have turned out differently and it would have been Boston in 6 or 7.

the lakers always lose when they wear white lol.....most home teams wear white at home so the lakers gold jerseys are unique to them and i think that helps you get an advantage on road teams as most people arent used to facing a home team with a different color than white jersey at home...when the lakers wear white teams are used to facing white jerseys and thus its easier to focus....that gold is so distracting
