Havik has blood magic that lets him heal himself and is dull to pain, so to take advantage of this he often hurts himself in some form with his moves. like in his fatal blow if you pay attention he actually punches their enemy so hard that his hands come off and uses his forearm bones to stab the enemy
what saddens me is most reactions are to the video with Reptile as the victim. He got a hell of a redemption in this game, alongside Baraka, but because he has green blood he's algorithm friendly. and as far as i can tell, Havik is able to regenerate bodily damage, and it seems to be faster when it's self inflicted damage.
In previous games, I didn't care for Stryker (except in MK9 when I did start caring), but his fatal blows & fatalities in this game are the best for me.
13:40 Death Battle Spoilers funny you should say that, because Sub-Zero’s Fatal Blow (the ice spike through the mouth at 21:03 ) reminds me of the finish of an episode of Death battle where Shoto does pretty much the same thing to ATLA’s Zuko!

Everytime Stryker comes out you always hear the police chirps I love it.
No matter how many times I watch Sindel's fatal blow, it will never not hurt

Geras and Reiko fatalities stand out to me but honestly they're all great

Are y’all going to play story mode on stream? It’s really the best NRS story to date.
I think they definitely went a little overboard on the ribcage shattering with the fatal blows. It gets old seeing the same thing over and over.
