This was fascinating. I know you are pro shoe selling, love to pick them up but to see the proportion of your inventory that is shoes took my understanding of this to another level.
I think I have 400+ footwear listings. It's around that if I am guessing correctly? Don't quote me but around 20-25% of my yearly sales is footwear across all categories.
Awesome thanks 🙏 I believe I asked how you store or organize all your postings …. Definitely way more organized as my thrift picks ! But I’m working on a better system! Thanks for being so transparent about how it happens to work for you!
Thanks for taking us into your basement! I love seeing how others store items. My storage is in the basement. Very similar to yours but less inventory.
Thank you for sharing your system with us, you are admirable and I am always aware of your videos and it is good that you are in better health, much success that you will soon find the car you want
Thanks for sharing your inventory aet up. I am running out of tubs holding shoes and was wondering if there was a better way ro organize them. Hope your leg gets better and that you have a car on the way!
I can relate to your inventory system, man that’s a lot of shoes. I don’t keep anything in my basement. I have a sump pump as well and if the power goes out for too long my basement could flood. I have an old Farmhouse. But I know how it is when you have things a certain way that works well for you. I still have those moments when I can’t find something, sometimes in the wrong bin. 😂
* Your buns seem to be disorganized. Looking for Sold items seems chaotic. How do you sort like items by Size? Seems you would grab wrong size frequently. Luck with your Storing & Shipping..
I don't sort by size because there isn't enough there to dictate doing it that way. To drill down further (speaking specifically about the 3 mens tops bins and the three womens tops bins) The top bin is sorted by the lighter tops (polo shirts, etc) and the bottom two are the heavier tops (sweaters, etc). I go through these bins regularly so finding items takes little time for me. It's not perfect but it works.
Doesn’t matter what we think of your storage. As long as it works for you! Glad you are feeling better!
I think your storage room looks great and so long as it works good for you, that's what matters!
A room, desk top, etc., can be a little messy to somebody else's eye , but trust me, a man will always know where something is in his pile. LOL
Yesss🤩🤩🤩 Beauty products are one of my top fav categories!!

It’s organized, Knowing where everything is works for me
Thanks for showing us your work space! Good organization!
Nice organizational system! Thanks for sharing it with us.
Nice of you to turn that empty box in. Some poor soul might have bought it. My thrift store won't take any returns even on electronics that don't work
Thanks for sharing and pulling back the curtain. 👍🏻
Glad you are getting better!!! Take care of you!😊
What works for you is what's important. As long as you know where everthing is that's what counts.
What did you car did you buy? Love to see it.
I think you know what the majority of us think about your storage system 😂 but who cares. You’re a beast man, keep it up.
Controlled chaos!

I love that you went back to look at the Qupid shoes 😂 I always look at the lug styles and would have done the same
Thanks for your honesty.

Love those Pumas. Love the color! What size?

Thanks! Inventory system-nice info

I have so much unlisted inventory! Thanks for the motivation! 🎉
My inventory isn't nearly as much as yours. At least you have a system. 😊
Yay! You took my advice and went to carmax!!!! It’s an easy process!
My stuff also looks like an organized disaster. But I can grab what I sold pretty quickly!
Same!

I enjoyed the tour!
So jealous of all the resellers up north who have basements. We don't have them in Texas, so all I have is a spare bedroom. 😢
I just saw a post on my posh group about a store in Ohio named Home Buys. They have Hokas and Ugg slippers for $20.
Thanks !
My storage system is very much like yours much smaller but very much like yours it's sectioned off and I know where everything is!
Keeping it all on the perimeter just works better for me
How many days after sourcing do you list?
Where do you take your photos?
A few more shelves would definitely help get to things quicker rather than moving bins stacked up.
Absolutely.
been a viewer for a while, didnt realize I wasnt subbed. great videos boss.
Thank you!
You have some serious amount of shoes like I do I sell about 8-10 pairs a week… do you?
What is your eBay store name?
Have a good mechanic go over the car, when its delivered.

Aren’t you afraid that other people will be in there listening to you I
