Sir I have watched 30+ videos of yours and it is the first time I found your explanation/approach a bit biased. The limits to growth model clearly shows that "everything" cannot be improved at once. It's also a well known fact that the entire world WILL collapse someday or will start from 0 again (maybe not by 2100 tho). The model shows that in our urge to finding solutions of existing problems we create newer problems and the vicious cycle continues. Even tho the report doesnt suggest solutions but it is based on credible facts, the propaganda about developing countries wasn't a part of the report but was done by the governments.
The way you explained the topic it felt like you don't believe in this AT all. Even if so, your personal views shouldn't affect the credibility of the report. 🙏 I found your lectures on geographical thought very helpful so I'm not being disrespectful at all.

It's all about the things that you believe in. UPSC puts forward " comment" after statements. Those who don't have an opinion of their own can't comment. The bookish answers won't make administrators. Almost all such people can become scholars and professors. I have had an understanding of my own and I teach what helped me to score more than others. I have no knowledge more than what UPSC wanted. I have a degree in Engineering and i have nothing to do with what geography is. I know what administrative services demand and I teach based on this understanding. Debates and discussions are for geographers , researchers not afministrators. Administration is about practical requirements not scholastic discussions.
Stick to an opinion. Back it with arguments and you will score more in mains. Nobody cares if it's left or right, the only thing that matters is if you have enough circumstantial evidence to support opinion and bring change to the lives of people.
Understand the demand of exam and you will score better than others. You don't need to write what I said, or taught. Just make sure that you write some practical things that are visible in society at large.
The examiner doesn't care about what the school of thought is, he cares more about if you are capable to justify your arguments and statements within 250 words.
Understand the demand of exam. Don't judge , justify in your answers. Stay focused and keep working towards your goal. Study well.
