    Thank you, great video.
    Is there a 5-10% down payment participation by the tenant? If so, will they also lose the down payment along with the monthly credit/contribution if they end up not buying the property?

      He said in the video yes you would lose that down payment which makes sense cause the whole point IS to purchase the property after your rental lease agreement is done.

    He mentioned that 500 will be the payment and 250 for down and 250 as rent, my question is - what will be the regular rent for the same property if there is nothing rent to own concept?

      @Tolerantbuddy ปีที่แล้ว

      From my understanding, the rental value have nothing to do with that, all you need i guess is to pay the 20% as down in that three yrs/36 months as they call it “closing” plus you need to maintain that affordable salary to buy that house.
      Thats how i get it lol

    Do you find landlords in Ontario initiating RTO options? I'm a new real estate agent and this seems like a beautiful hybrid of leasing and flipping.

      Honestly, I have no idea. But I have no doubt that it will be different. Best to connect with a local expert there. Cheers, @adamjdmartin
