I love Robert Welsh, he's avery talented MUA and he certainly talks about this but it's not his hack. He has shown it because it's a technique that's taught in makeup academies when you study to become a professional MUA. I was taught this many years ago like I'm sure he was as well.
Overdrawn lips look good only in the mirror. Usually you can see when girls go beyond their lip lines and I don't think it looks natural at all. Same refers to the nose trick.
When you are done with a hack you should pan in so we can see the results better. It is difficult to see a proper comparison when you are still so far from the camera and moving a lot. I love the lip hack. You have great advice in regards to keeping the same shape towards the end. Love it!!
Agreed I have tried over-lining mine and keeping my Cupid’s now it never works out. I feel like the look now is no Cupid’s now like the “Kylie lips” look. I don’t know whenever I wear lipstick I love highlighting and bringing attention to my Cupid’s bow
Actually band aides are much better to the skin. Tape has a different type of glue s not clean and is made for a more industrial setting which can an cause irritation, atopic dermatitis and if you have a skin condition like, Eczema, Roscacia, prone to develop Hyper pigmentation, over exfoliation, in the eye area skin is thinner so if the tape is very sticky you can even rip your skin just like what happened with Biore pore strip and peel off masks. Band aides have a more gentle glue, less possibilities to cause iritation.
ALLTHATFRESH, does her eye liner and shadow cleanup the way you did your left eye. Makes her eye makeup look so crisp I have such a defined cupids on my lips and I define it because I love it!

Do you know what I do? I just collect the wands and then reuse the best ones. like I clean them and stuff but I reuse them because when you buy mascara all youre really paying for is the wand anyway so I just keep the good ones

I've literally been doing do my brows like the left side, not knowing it was a tik tok thing, for years. Only, I use coloured brow gel, but I don't apply it as messy as the powder. I just comb my brows in their natural state/direction etc (so to speak) with the coloured gel spoolie, going a bit on my skin above and below my brow wait for it to dry completely, while doing the rest of my make-up (I only ever use eyeliner, mascara, blush and baby powder for shine control on my T-zone. I've never liked the feeling of foundation, concealers etc. When I was younger I only wore foundation on special occasions like weddings) and hair, then tidy up with a cue tip and make-up remover.
The mascara hack… Didn’t know that was a hack. I do something very similar if not the same thing! That’s the only way I can get my eyelashes to stay up not using waterproof mascara!
This has nothing to do with the video, but your hair is so shiny and smooth! I must know ever l what products you use. Mine is looking dull and dry these days because of the winter and it has a ton of static.

Re: the Mascara, you preferred the Right eye. My thought was, maybe it's because you're doing your Right Eye & you're righthanded, so the application is apt to be better, not the technique ?
Bandaid make no sense, there is a big section that's not sticky so the liner will bleed under that part. Like you said, tape would be way better. I stick it to my t shirt a few times first to make it less sticky so it doesn't hurt my skin. Works great.
I cant wait till contour goes out of style. It makes sense for drag, stage, theater, etc but trying to make it mainstream and part of an every day routine for the average person is so unrealistic in my opinion. I cringe every time I see a full beat on a chic. Yikes.

I've seen my thoughts in other comments, but it beats repeating. If you have been Blessed with lips with a Cupid's Bow (thank God I was & they're full too) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO YOU COVER IT UP! That bow is what makes the lips SOOO VERY VERY SEXY. I've never been told by any man (or woman) oh you should over line your lips blah blah... What I hear is Damn! You have some gorgeous full lips & the perfect bow. I've tried the mascara hack before - honestly with the new heated eyelash curler it does a better job than anything I've ever used before. I'll add 1 other thing, I don't wear much makeup at all & most days it's just colored lip gloss & maybe, just maybe a smidge of eyeliner or mascara. You are so beautiful inside and out!

The mascara hack… Didn’t know that was a hack. I do something very similar if not the same thing! That’s the only way I can get my eyelashes to stay up not using waterproof mascara!
