I always thought it was called “Egyptian raptrack” xD apparently they call it Egyptian rat slap. This game is super popular in my class, I love playing it. The only difference is that whoever placed the face or ace card got all the cards when the next person lost. Also we don’t punish those who slap without needing to or having your hand over it, people dislike it though.
Also slap pile when: King and Queen or Queen and King. Same numbers on top and bottom 1 different card between 2 same numbers. example is: 757 Whenever card value equals 10. J Q & K = 0 they are only in middle. ace =1. example: 4 6 When pile shows a joker When 4 cards forwards or backwards in order.
In the version I play, 10s cancel the face card rule (i.e., a face card/ace *or a 10* will save you from a previous player's face card). Additionally, if you slap incorrectly without any cards, then instead of burning a card (because you have none), you have to "burn your hand", or put your hand under the cards (yes, the place where everyone else is slapping). You may not slap while your hand is in the middle, and you may take your hand out only when someone captures the centre pile (by slap or by face card). Also our win condition isn't to be the last person with cards; it's to be the first to possess all 52 cards. This means that when everyone else runs out of cards, you have to keep playing your cards to the center until you can slap, and others can still slap back in during this time. _If everyone runs out of cards and there are no slaps available, the game is drawn._ Common slap rules include: - Doubles (x, x) - Sandwich (x, y, x) - Top-Bottom (top = bottom*) - 10s (x, y --> x + y = 10**) - Sandwich 10s (x, y, z --> x + z = 10) - Top-Bottom 10s (top + bottom = 10s) - Marriage (K, Q) - Divorce (K, , Q; basically "marriage sandwich") - Straight (AKA "run"; three consecutive cards in order, i.e., [3, 4, 5] or [2, A, K]) - Flush (three cards of the same suit) - Jokers (slap jokers if they are used) * "Top" refers to the most recently played card, and "Bottom" refers to the card that was played first. Burned cards do not change the bottom. ** A = 1 (so [A, 9] = slap)

Maybe you can do another version of this,we call "slap the mosquito."The game is the contrary of this game.Each turn when player discard card he have to say it out loud,like he says Ace while discarding card,if the card match with the player says,everyone compete to slap the card,the last player who is late to slap, have the cards.This game is like counting number 1-10,K,Q,J,...Ace is one.It does while discarding card.The player who have many cards is lost.
