So good to hear this right now. I have been back in touch with my eldest sister after not talking for several years. You could say she has a difficult character at times and gets drunk a lot . However I started my spiritual journey about a year ago and went in with loving kindness. I gave and gave and it culminated in her abusing me verbally and abusing my trust. I am so thankful for the deep understanding that you must still give love even under such pressure. I have not let myself down. I continued to be loving and there for her. She has now responded with deep gratitude and we are going out for lunch. Love is the most powerful force. Always come from your heart. Love is not weakness, it is strength . To all of you spiritual beings, growing as I am, go in with loving kindness to each and every situation and all will work out in the end.
I agree, I dislike the idea of 'hierarchy, or narcissism' as you say, we need to just remember. Love being alive and knowing who I am :) It's incredible.
On one of my sojourns with Madré my intention was to know if I was "doing it right" with my chosen path. That night I encountered "God" as 3 brilliant stars in infinite darkness. The middle star was the largest and most prominent. This star communicated with me telepathically. I asked my question if I was on the right path. The response was "Why does it matter what words you choose to study if you always know the One exists?" This brought tears and immense relief. I won't ever forget those words but struggle to hold onto the truth of them. Om, Peace, Amen.

I will be having my 1st experience in a couple weeks with Aya. I'm starting to get a little scared. I have a lot of shadows that have developed over my 57 years.
If and when it’s challenging or scary remember the purpose must be good. And also remember it will pass (and that the more you resist it, the harder the medicine gets) and at the end it’ll be more beautiful than you can imagine. That helped me through my hardest journeys
Love this! Needed to hear this today! So fascinating! Do you go alone to do these healings or have a friend? Being a women I have a hard time being comfortable traveling that far alone. Especially under the influence of something alters my "normal" state of mind.
I have this concern too. Would be great for Aubrey to reply or one of his female friends who attend these kinds of things. How do centres look out for women who attend solo? What’s reasonable precautions to take? - being so vulnerable in a foreign country under the influence of mind altering drugs is no joke.

Gibberish is one of the most scientific ways to clean your mind. This is a cathartic technique which encourages expressive sounds and body movements, followed by a deep merging or a silent relaxation.
"Either alone or in a group, close your eyes and start to say whatever needs to be expressed within you - everything that you ever wanted to say and have not been able to say because of civilization, education, culture, society. Just do it totally, enthusiastically. Anything that is moving in your mind, throw it out. Just avoid the language that you know. If you don’t know Chinese, say it in Chinese! Use Japanese if you don't know Japanese. Don't use German if you know German.
Bring out all your craziness in rubbish, gibberish, sounds, gestures. Simply allow whatever comes to your mind without bothering about its rationality, reasonability, meaning, significance. For the first time have a freedom - the same as all the birds have.
The mind always thinks in terms of words. Gibberish helps to break this pattern of continual verbalization. Don't be bothered whether it is Arabic or Hebrew or Chinese, you are allowed to speak any language that you don't know. Just avoid the language that you do know, because the language that you do know will not bring your nonsense out. Without suppressing your thoughts, you can throw them out - in gibberish. And likewise, let your body be expressive.

Lay down your arms, and only then do you perceive it false."

So good to hear this right now. I have been back in touch with my eldest sister after not talking for several years. You could say she has a difficult character at times and gets drunk a lot . However I started my spiritual journey about a year ago and went in with loving kindness. I gave and gave and it culminated in her abusing me verbally and abusing my trust. I am so thankful for the deep understanding that you must still give love even under such pressure. I have not let myself down. I continued to be loving and there for her. She has now responded with deep gratitude and we are going out for lunch. Love is the most powerful force. Always come from your heart. Love is not weakness, it is strength . To all of you spiritual beings, growing as I am, go in with loving kindness to each and every situation and all will work out in the end.
I agree, I dislike the idea of 'hierarchy, or narcissism' as you say, we need to just remember. Love being alive and knowing who I am :) It's incredible.
On one of my sojourns with Madré my intention was to know if I was "doing it right" with my chosen path. That night I encountered "God" as 3 brilliant stars in infinite darkness. The middle star was the largest and most prominent. This star communicated with me telepathically. I asked my question if I was on the right path. The response was "Why does it matter what words you choose to study if you always know the One exists?" This brought tears and immense relief. I won't ever forget those words but struggle to hold onto the truth of them. Om, Peace, Amen.

If and when it’s challenging or scary remember the purpose must be good. And also remember it will pass (and that the more you resist it, the harder the medicine gets) and at the end it’ll be more beautiful than you can imagine. That helped me through my hardest journeys

Love this! Needed to hear this today! So fascinating! Do you go alone to do these healings or have a friend? Being a women I have a hard time being comfortable traveling that far alone. Especially under the influence of something alters my "normal" state of mind.
I have this concern too. Would be great for Aubrey to reply or one of his female friends who attend these kinds of things. How do centres look out for women who attend solo? What’s reasonable precautions to take? - being so vulnerable in a foreign country under the influence of mind altering drugs is no joke.
